We waited 1.5 hours at the airport Saturday afternoon after requesting a pick up 2 times. Then the front desk just stopped answering the phone. We had to get a car rental to get out of the airport. We were put in a handicapped room. The bath seat had so much bacteria on it. I had to get out of the shower which had no shampoo. I have photos. I was repulsive. Shame on them. The health department should be contacted.

First room we got ha mold and wet carpets. The second we got moved to was also smelling. Bathrooms were clean but water pressure was low and water did not go down the sink. Breakfast said was free but was not. We forgot our headphone in the original room we got.but the person at the reception refused to go to the room and fetch it for us. We had a flight to catch so had no choice but to forfit it a 200$ headphone. Overall terrible experience.

While this is the AIRPORT Hilton, it's not at the airport. It's a 15 minute drive, and if you want a shuttle, you have to schedule one the night before - they don't come regularly. No one told me that, I just had to figure it out accidentally while trying to get to the airport for my flight. It would have been great to learn that upon checking in.

I was was very disappointed with the answers from the front desk (management). I as to meet another party there put they were not able to make it. They canceled through there third party reservation put the management had no clue about releasing them from the reservation. The person said it was up to the manager. The manager did not have a clue or refused to help them with there situation. i stay there about ever 5 weeks but I will no longer stay at this hotel.
