Needs new bedding.

Hotel was clean but bed had sheets that should have been thrown away and replaced. Very pilled and worn. Elevator was slow. Parking should have been included with the room. Not $22 a night. Very obviously a money grab. Free breakfast was good.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Pittsburg so my daughter could tour Univ of Pitt and we could tour the city as a family. Property was clean and in what seemed like a very quiet location. My kids enjoyed the free continental breakfast options. The indoor pool however, was out of service during our 3 day stay, which put a little damper on our mini vacay. One of the reasons we chose this particular spot in addition to the affordability was because of the indoor pool. We were traveling with two young children who were looking forward to the pool.

They were paving the parking lot. Limited spots to park. If I left to get dinner I risked losing my parking spot in the gated parking lot. I had to find a place within walking distance for dinner. Air conditioning in the common areas broken. The dead bolt on my room door would not turn when the door was closed. The bath mat was tattered. The staff was very friendly, but failed to follow up with my request for a wake-up call.

Lots of restaurants near by. Suite was spacious. Staff were very kind and attentive to our needs. Pool was out of order but staff notified us in advance not let us know and we're very kind.

Nice hotel and location Booked for a trip for my 9 year olds birthday to watch a few Reds/Pirates games and swim and check out Pittsburgh An hour before we arrived from our 5 hour trip I got a text saying they had to close the pool due to something Very frustrating since we booked thus spot based on the pool Needless to say i had 4 kids really disappointed Would like some cash back really

The staff seemed overwhelmed and tired. They had no AC as it had been out since June (an entire month) and were using giant fans to try to keep things cool. The pool was dirty and the parking lot was not secure.

This hotel was either brand new or had an extensive recent remodel. It was very nice, inside and out. The only issue was that the new paint on the door jam almost prevented us from leaving...lol

We stayed here for 4 nights. There is no AC in any common areas. It's very uncomfortable this time of year. Apparently, this has been an issues for weeks. The free breakfast was not good. Even the refrigerator items were room temperature. Our neighbors ended up fighting and waking us up at 0345. (I know this isn't the properties fault) They tried to charge my cc twice. It took a while, standing in the hot lobby, to get it corrected. The need was comfortable, the comforter was dirty, the pillows are not comfortable. We were close to shopping and walked there several times. They also charge $22 a day for parking. The parking lot is fenced and you use your room key to enter. For the price, there are way better places to stay.
