I enjoyed my stay. It is conveniently close to the downtown. Very clean. The only thing that I can mention is that the hotel is very close to the stadium and highway. While there wasn’t any game and I was at the 9th floor, I could still hear cars over the night.

The room was clean and the breakfast was the standard fare for a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel had a problem with the hot water. We stayed for 3 nights - Monday thru Thursday morning and only had hot water late Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning. We told the front desk about the problem and were told that it’s been an issue, but they would take care of it. We asked some other guests and they confirmed that they too had problems getting hot water.

I am very picky about rooms, I couldn’t find anything wrong with the room, very nice and clean. The only complaint we had was the ice machine was leaking and we found black spots which I believe to be mold. We tossed the ice and got our own.

Not even sure what to say about this place.

They will not help you with any issues due to always claiming that they are understaffed. I brought up my issue with a broken curtain and one person finally came to check a day later and told me they couldn’t do anything. I had to sleep with a non working curtain and couldn’t sleep in due to the piercing sunlight. When I asked if it could get fixed or if I could get a different room it was a hard no. Even after my issues I was never called back by management to discuss this issue. Be careful with the nightly front desk staff. They have poor behavior and make fun of the guests walking in. Do not buy anything from there as they will rip you off! Location was great.

We were in Pittsburgh for a Pirates game. The location couldn't be better for that. We also enjoyed walking the area, going across the Roberto Clemente Bridge, walking along the river on the Northshore side and visiting the Andy Warhol museum. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choices. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Had a good dinner across the street at Soho. We look forward to our next visit.

Super convenient to the stadium and ballpark! Easy parking in their lot next to the hotel. Walkable to some restaurants, monuments, and parks along the north shore area and an easy walk over the bridge to other parts of Pittsburgh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lamp on our desk only worked intermittently and sometimes turned off while I was using it only to come back on when I was in bed. The pool is swimmable, but it’s small with only 1 table and 4 chairs around it in the pool area.

Good untill we checked out.

Hotel was very convenient for our purpose of attending Pirate and Steeler games. Not many options for dining in that specific area though. Stay was ruined a bit as we were overcharged and upon departing, was rudely discharged from hotel when I questioned the rate.
