I’d stay again. Hopefully avoid the young man that was working at the front desk when I arrived as he was quite rude. That being said the rest of the staff and accommodation are wonderful. Great restaurant next door. Go Steelers.

Breakfast was subpar. The eggs were very oily and not enjoyable. The sausage was not that great either. However, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and heating was great (we were there when it was in the 20's outside!).

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Good climate control. Hotel over all was very nice and well maintained. Friendly staff. 1 Major drawback was the breakfast. Even though we came down for breakfast well within the allotted time there was nothing to eat. The container for breads and muffins were empty. No bacon, a few sad slimy pieces of turkey sausage, really bad rubbery omelettes with 0 flavor. We waited for 10 minutes and some bacon and cinnamon rolls came out but we gave up, ate the bacon and rolls as a snack and had to go eat breakfast out later. Now, I don't expect gourmet breakfasts to be included with my stay in a hotel like this but i expect at least enough edible food that i don't also need to buy my own breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is surrounded by very tall buildings that look very cool. Parking was good.Our room was clean, fresh, and inviting. We really liked the downstairs area too. They also had water available and cups too and machines for hot water for your hot chocolate. The vending machines were also cool being they had a freezer vending machine too with the icecream. sandwhiches inside though it is pricey. Overall, a great experience here!
