Got there and per my request they didn’t have sheets for the extra bed…the phone didn’t work in the room so I had to go down again to front desk to request help. People at front desk were not “on it” except for the African American lady who was fantastic.

Attendant was busy checking in airport staff while she was taking care of me. Did not look at me while quoting the schpeal. Not the hotels fault, but a family came later to the room next door. Unfortunately the baby cried from the time they arrived through night. Not great for me as I had to wake up at 3:30 to head to the airport.

We had to catch our flight early in the morning so we decided to stay there for the convenience. It worked out perfect, we did take Uber to the airport, six minutes, if that. Because there were a lot of people waiting for the shuttle transfer. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again!
