Checking in was fine and the overall room was good, but the bathroom tub was dirty. The brown color of the tub was unacceptable forcing my family and I to come up with a creative way to shower without standing in the tub. Didn’t have time to complain because we left early in the morning. SMH

We stayed at the beginning of our trip as we had an early flight. The room was clean. It was great to have a safe place to leave my car at an affordable price for the duration of my trip away. The shuttle was great. Leaving at 4am the drive was very cheerful and excellent driver with helpful hints and good information about the new airport. Due this experience we decided on the day of our return to book another night as nasty winter weather was looming. The desk staff was much better on our second night with check-in. (The first night we stayed we had to ask for our room key and number, he thought he was finished.) The breakfast in the morning had a good variety. The only thing we had trouble with were the charging ports for our phones. The outlets were very loose and my phone didn't get charged in the 12 hours we were in the room. We noticed there was some renovations happening so we hope they will do something about the charging stations in the rooms. And it would be nice to have at least one for each bed on the nightstand near the beds.

We've enjoyed staying at this hotel for many years when visiting our daughter. The rooms and the entire hotel are consistently spotless, and they are always making improvements. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful, making us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious, and the breakfast area is kept very clean. Overall, the rooms and bathrooms are always pristine. We look forward to many more wonderful stays at this hotel!

Property location was great but TVs didn’t work, they said they sent someone to help and never came to help. Also they were painting doors and having people stay in rooms beside them and in the ones they painted. The odor was very very strong couldn’t even sleep with the odor in the room. No ventilation at all. Also it was snowing and they didn’t even salt the sidewalks or parking lot at all.

My room was clean and bright. I enjoyed using their exercise equipment for the three nights that I stayed there. I also took advantage of the free breakfast and free shuttle to and from the airport. It was very much appreciated. The staff were very helpful with the questions that I had for them. Overall, it was a good stay.

This is an older hotel, perfectly maintained, super clean, and very friendly staff. I was staying with my 2 dogs, and the desk clerk gave me a perfect room right next to an exit at the quiet end of the hall. The room was big, very clean, and clearly up to date. I have a bad back and when I wake up without a problem, it’s because of an excellent mattress. This one was perfect. Nice pillows too. Lots of places to eat all around. Convenient airport shuttle. The staff could not have been nicer. A really relaxing stay.

Deluxe room is not. No gaming system as advertised in the listing. Fridge and microwave were connected to the same light switch that turned on the lights for the room. So lights off, they are off. Sketchy, dark parking area. Back doors are not secured overnight. Anyone could have entered that hotel at any time. Breakfast was ok. Toilet had used toilet paper in it when we checked in. Jusextremdisappointing all around.

Our room had a toilet that kept running, a dripping tub facet and after spending over 30 minutes trying to cast to the tv (a function listed on the tv) I found that this function had not been working and the manager had not fixed it yet.
