First time in Pittsburgh and I must say the house was excellent, really 5 out of 5. Plenty of space , kitchen well equipped and everything our family of 4 needed for an amazing stay. It was also very clean. We were only there for 2 days but you could easily spend a month because of how comfortable the house is. Parking was fairly easy ( street parking, you just email the city of Pittsburgh and get granted temporary stay) , there is grocery store just around the corner that has everything you need to cook, clean etc…The neighborhood seemed more than fine…We will definitely stay there again if we were to ever need a place to stay in Pittsburgh.

We had a mixed experience with this stay, and unfortunately some key issues impacted our visit.The biggest concern was cleanliness. We were told early check-in wasn’t possible because the cleaning team needed the full time to prepare the home, but when we arrived there was still noticeable dust, trash left behind, and some toilets did not appear fully cleaned. We documented everything with photos and shared them with the host.Communication was initially responsive, but ultimately disappointing. We reached out promptly, explained the situation, and requested a reasonable partial refund (15%) given the condition at arrival. Instead of addressing the issue during our stay, we were offered a discount on a future booking (which didn’t apply to us), and when we followed up with a specific request, we did not receive a response until after checkout.To their credit, the listing itself was accurate and the home worked for our needs, but the cleanliness and lack of resolution during the stay affected the overall experience and value.We hope the host addresses these issues for future guests.

We stayed here as a base for exploring the city and attending a few Penguins hockey games. The location is great, a short walk to the Giant Eagle grocery store and on street parking is great. You do need to email the parking authority for a temporary parking permit, but that is quick and easy. The home is very spacious and clean. The kitchen well stocked with cook wear and utensils. There are plenty of bedrooms and they are spacious. The only negative I could give is some of the blinds in the bedrooms need to be replaced. But it wasn’t enough to interfere with sleep. Great communication with the owners. They are on top of the rental and very responsive. Over all I would highly recommend this location if you need the space.

The house was nice enough for having been built in 1895. It was equipped with a few basic necessities but not much of anything else that was useful during our stay. The showers were dirty with mold in the corners.The communication with the host was sub par. Anytime I had a question it was hours until I got a response and the responses were not helpful at all. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would not stay here again.

This house worked nicely for our party of 6 adults in town for a football game. The home is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The open kitchen/ dining area worked great for planning our day over coffee and winding down over wine. The bedrooms are all on different levels and each if us had our own bathroom for some privacy (4th bedroom without an attached bath was not used). The location was walking distance to the stadium, grocery, and several dining/drinking options. The only drawback for us was that was that we expected to be able to cook some if our own meals but the cookware was sparse (one pan, one pot) and the non-stick finish had been scrapped off and was peeling because the only available spatula was a large metal grill style. The host was notified of the condition of the cookware so hopefully it is replaced for future guests.

Beautifully updated row house on a quiet street. We only stayed in town overnight for a concert so we didn’t really get to experience the house except for sleeping. I can tell you it’s beautiful and the mattresses are comfy. We hope we can visit again for a longer stay. The house has such character and the quiet street was appreciated.

This is a lovely property! So well appointed, comfortable everything, immaculate, and close to all downtown Pittsburgh has to offer! We felt entirely safe and were extremely comfortable here. Several nice restaurants nearby. Stadiums in walking distance. I highly recommend this 4 bedroom townhome for your next Pittsburgh visit!

Loved this home and my kids enjoyed how spacious it was. I scored a great deal on a mid-week stay! This place felt clean and well maintained. We parked two vehicles on the street and did contact the parking authorities to avoid a ticket.
