Interaction with Guests:
Like to give my guests their privacy but am always if available for anything they need.
I stayed here for one month in January, and the experience was disappointing. Most of my requests were ignored, including missing basic items like a cooking pan and ironing board. Snow was piled in front of the unitâs only underground window and never removed, blocking airflow and daylight for weeks, and the stairs were icy without being salted, creating safety concerns. When I attempted to extend my stay, I was charged without my consent and noticed unexplained price increases. Due to the lack of responsiveness and safety issues, I would not recommend staying here.
Pros-cute, good location, great parking behind house, responsive host.Cons-very uncomfortable bed, can hear other people next to and above all the time. Everything. Not entirely sure the sheets were clean, my partner picked a lot of hairs off the sheets. Someone also didn't pick up their dog poop in the back.
Most of my VRBO stays have been fine, but this was terrible. My dealings with Nick Marchuck, the property manager, have been poor, and I don't think he is giving any consideration to my request for a partial refund based mainly on repeated problems in gaining entry to the property and problems with the unit. I would like to deal with someone else. 3 Photos will be sent separately on request.
The property was in a fantastic location. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check in/out process was seamless. Clean room and pet friendly! The only downside was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but you canât beat the location and price.
