There were no washcloths in our room. The coffee situation at the “Starbucks” was a disappointment. The first day only one person was working and the line was LONG. The second day we waited in line to find out when we got to the register that the espresso machine wasn’t working, making our drink order impossible. It was a busy weekend but you’ve been doing this long enough to know how to manage the crowds if you want to.

The view was amazing but for what we paid per night breakfast should have been included not charged at an extra cost. And the mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable and old. There was no coffee pot in the room or a microwave. Thank goodness that housekeeping at least had an extra small coffee pot they let us use. Nobody wants to get dressed and go downstairs to get coffee. I’m on vacation. I prefer to relax in the morning and drink my coffee in bed. My kids surprised me with a birthday breakfast delivery but nobody called to tell me we had a delivery. It was just left on a table in the lobby. It was a beautiful view and very convenient to be able to walk around downtown or to the stadium but I’m not sure if I’ll go back to that hotel. I will definitely be going back to Pittsburgh. The city is amazing!

The room smelled horrible! That was enough for us to turn around and leave without even dropping our luggage. We informed the front desk that we would not be staying and she didn’t even ask why.
