Our primo location means instant access to I-95, a 24 hour Irving, a fully stocked grocery store, Dunkin and much more, plus Maine‘s ITS snowmobile/ATV trail is accessible right from our front door!

INSIDE:

PTTL is designed for family connection and gatherings of all kinds. A spacious living room with smart TV, plush furnishings and gorgeous natural light comes equipped with three “Fun Light Zones” for customizable ambiance (controlled by one remote) to set your preferred mood.

A hip open-concept kitchen and living room combo is perfect for entertaining and interacting. Our fully-equipped contemporary kitchen features a sleek black granite peninsula, a loaded with features full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the space and tools needed to feed your crew in style.

A pub-style dining/board game area (complete with background photo op) adds to the enjoyment.



SPECIAL FEATURES:

Pine Tree Trail Lodge has you covered for engaging nighttime activities and is a bonanza on those famous Maine-surprise wild weather days!

One whole room is dedicated to Big Buck’s Arcade … complete with Big Buck Hunter, Mrs. Pac-Man and other games of skill. These are real 80’s and 90’s arcade games and all are set on free-play …no extra expense to you for hours of added fun!

When you are ready for a great escape, grab a sarsaparilla and belt out tunes in Room 77, our Karaoke Lounge complete with a light show, bluetooth speaker, microphone and an 80’s Photo Booth stage. It’s a perfect photo op for your group’s budding stars!



PTTL’s five bedrooms sleep 9 and keep everyone comfy and rested for your adventures.

UPSTAIRS:

The master suite boasts a king bed, private bath and smart TV.

The queen bedroom has a smart TV, and the two whimsical kids’ rooms offer a twin and a double. The cluster of these three bedrooms shares a large bath central to all.



DOWNSTAIRS:

A secluded bedroom with its queen bed offers a private entrance and its own bath, ideal for a little peace away from the action.

Completing the amenities is the spacious laundry room equipped with large washer and dryer and all your related necessities …

plus board games, chess boards and of course WiFi throughout the Lodge.



OUTSIDE our big yard invites seasonal play while Pittsfield’s gems beckon. From May to October hit the Farmers Market at Hawthorne Park or play a round at JW Parks golf course/driving range. Hop on ATV trails right from the Lodge and explore five public parks across 25 acres, or enjoywater fun at Fender Park, Mill Park, and the Sebasticook River. Don’t miss the domed library and MCI, Pittsfield’s independent, international High School.



HUNGRY?

Cook in as a crew or dig into local eats! Within an easy two minute drive, you will reach the award-winning gourmet meals at Vittles (they will even remember your name!) and Kwong Lee, authentic Chinese cuisine open late seven days a week. You’ll find pizza, a sandwich shop, ice cream, and creative morning power shakes, including espresso drinks, and more.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
