• For departures after 11:00 am, the late checkout fee is $20US per hour.
• Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
• Kayaks are complimentary and located on the beach. For your security and the security of our equipment, the items can be signed out by the pool attendant. We recommend the use of life saving equipment. Ask the beach staff for safety tips. There is also a beach volleyball court and beach toys available.
• Beach towels are provided; they are located by the pool on the ocean side. These towels are for the exclusive use of the beach and pool areas only. If there is a need for additional towels inquire with the pool attendant. When going on tours, contact concierge for towel availability.
• Laundry service and wake up calls are available by our concierge. Please schedule with the Front Desk or concierge.
• Shuttle service to and from Placencia Village is available for $10 USD p/p each way. Space is limited, please confirm your ride at the front desk.

House rules
• There is no smoking allowed in the rooms or on your terrace. Smoking areas are provided on both sides of the property. Smoking is permitted in any of the parking areas. Smoking is not permitted near any entrance or room terraces. Smoking in your room will result in a $500.00 USD cleaning fee. .
• US Travelers: Passports are required for all travelers, including children. Passports must be valid for the intended length of stay. If traveling from another country, please refer to your government for specific entry and exit requirements.
