Inside, the home offers two master suites, stainless-steel appliances, and a wraparound porch with outdoor dining and a propane grill for family gatherings. Whether you are savoring breathtaking sunsets, hosting friends, or exploring by boat (23 ft limit), Sea La Vie delivers everything you need to create lasting island memories. Here, every day feels like vacation-and the sunsets are always complimentary.
Sleeps 7 Maximum: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full and 1 Twin Bed.
Sunday check-ins require prior approval.

Amenities: Air conditioning, linens, washer/dryer, propane grill, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, and community dock access.

Rental Details:
Minimum 5-night stay (shorter stays subject to higher nightly rate). Refundable $500 security deposit required. Great place but not as renter-friendly as other VRBO's

Great house, clean and amazing view! It was clean (housekeeper was great), however all kitchen cupboards & drawers are filled with owner's stuff leaving us with one shelf in a narrow cupboard to put our groceries, we managed to move items (rancid oil, 1/2 open chips/pasta/crackers) to get two small shelves. Remember, this is one week on an island where it costs to order or get more food. Fridge was similar: overall clean, but the entire door was filled with owner/past renter condiments. We also communicated frequently with the property manager in advance regarding what was/was not provided since you travel by boat, and getting more provisions is challenging and expensive. Unfortunately, for our BEACH vacation, there were only 3 beach chairs. The 4th was ripped. The 3rd was on it's way out. We contacted the PM right away and were informed these were "previous renter's chairs" so not the owner's responsibility. So, despite confirming in advance we had chairs to enjoy the beach (and nowhere in the description or agreement does it say you have to bring your own), we ended up with only two functional beach chairs (2nd broke on day #2) for 4 people. We were promised some were ordered and should be delivered. They arrived one week later, the day we left. We totally understand they are recovering from a hurricane and not everything may have been replaced, but beach chairs are critical to enjoying the amazing beach this house offers and not a practical item for a renter to bring with.

Fantastic Gulf view, excellent floorplan

Fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico with sliders across the front of both the main floor and upstairs balcony. Beautifully decorated beach house. Well equipped kitchen. Great floorplan for our group - with open gathering area (living room, kitchen, dining room) facing the ocean; 2 bedrooms on the main floor and one large bedroom upstairs; 3 bathrooms; and a wrap-around porch. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Responsive property manager who even brought a Keurig from their office for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week on Little Gasparilla Island and in this home. They had beach chairs and beach towels available in addition to a wonderful, comfortable home that has been very recently renovated. The house sits right at the beach with an outdoor shower at the end of the boardwalk. The views from the house are just as amazing as being on the beach. The main master view was my favorite. If you love the simplest, most low key beach life then this is the place!!

Awesome stay right on the ocean

We loved the place! Right on the ocean, amazing sunsets! We had 7 of us and the accommadations were great. I love that they have plenty of chairs and comfortable places to just unwind. We would recommend!

Perfect Vacation House for a Group or Family

This home is on an island and this island is just amazing! Be prepared to bring all your food and liquor over on the Pirate Taxi as there are no stores on the island. Their is a grocery delivery service which we did use and they are amazing. Once you are on the island this house is a great place to just eat, drink and enjoy the beach! Pack light because there is a washer and dryer in the house. Our group of 6 stayed in this house and it was perfect. Kitchen is roomy and well stocked with all the things we needed. (Including a blender for Pina Coladas!) Views from the top deck are amazing. Besides the beach the top deck was our second favorite place to watch the sunsets. Having our own beach access right off the deck was a huge plus. The deck on the main floor was a great spot to hang out right off the kitchen. This house also has multiple outdoor showers and rinse off spots including one right at the bottom of the beach access stairs which we used ALOT! The house listing is a little deceiving, I thought the outdoor shower was included as a bathroom but to our delight we found that the house had 3 bathrooms. The AC was not working but during our stay a new unit was installed and the property manager went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed with the issue. The house has games and in one bedroom toys for small children. In this particular bedroom, you can't see it in the photo but the bunk bed does have a ladder and is a perfect room for a family with kids. Would totally rent the place again. As far as prior reviews of the house being dated, we did not mind. Frankly, the dated look adds to the charm of the house and where it is situated. The kitchen as mentioned in a prior post does have a lot of things in the cabinets but I will say we were grateful the extras that were there!! Just needs to be organized but believe me you will be grateful that there are extras around!

Absolutely beautiful location

Great experience on Little Gasperilla Island for 2 weeks! Stunning view from the house porch. Crystal clear water. Lots of shells and sharks teeth. Awesome fishing off the shoreline. Be prepared to take ALL supplies with you! The water taxi to the Island was efficient but quite expensive to go back and forth. No stores or restaurants on the Island. Very peaceful and enjoyable. We had a marvelous vacation!

Terrible AC and far from dock

AC was out for 1 night and when working was still very warm. The location of the dock was misrepresented and was a Long walk across the island! The cleanliness of the house was below what you would expect for the price charged.

Great location, great layout of house, and great sunsets!

Overall we had a great time! Tarpon Real Estate was fantastic to work with and very accommodating/responsive. We had a late arrival with 2 small children, and they were very helpful in all aspects. The house could use some general de-cluttering and a deep clean, and this was reported to Tarpon, so I'm confident that this will be done. The beaches are quiet, with amazing shells and sunsets. The kitchen is well-stocked and there are games/TV for rainy days. Hope to return some day!

Beautiful Sunsets over the gulf!

We were disenchanted by the condition of this property, the pictures on line were very nice, however this property needs Major updating and Major cleaning. There was bugs and cob webs on almost every rooms ceilings, we got locked out of the master bathroom and we had to search for tools to remove the lock on the door, the tv in the bedroom did't work, freezer was full of rust, furniture on deck is deteriorating so bad we had to cover them with beach towels to prevent the chair fibers from getting all over our clothes. The shower doors in the guest bath are ready to fall off. The dumb waiter was locked, so you have to get all your food and luggage up 2 flights by yourself. We couldn't grab onto the stair rails going up or down the 2 flights of stairs outside, we all got splinters in our hands, the ground level under the home is atrocious, full of trash and litter that we picked up. The "rules" stated to leave the golf cart in the condition it was in when we got it! We had to wash it down when we got it, it was filthy and full of sand and bugs! ( were we supposed to fill it with sand, dirt and cob webs when we left? Ha Ha!) We live on the water and we realize there is more upkeep to waterfront homes, however, this house needs major repairs, updating and a Spring cleaning job! We were charged a cleaning fee when we booked this house, I should charge them for all the cleaning we did so we could comfortably stay there. But I will say, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items! And,,, Tarpon Rental Co was trying very hard and wonderful to deal with! I would definitely deal with them again, I just would not rent this house.

Relaxing

Great property, very comfortable and relaxing. Judy from tarpon rentals was great. Only issue was the grill, unfortunately only half the burners were working. This presented an issue due to the amount of food we were cooking, but we were able to make it work. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
