Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom on the landing with a toilet, two sinks, and a shower.

By the pool: a studio for 2 to 4 guests, with private bathroom, ideal for a family of four. 1 queen size bed and 1 full sofa-bed.

A fully equipped 35 m2 kitchen and dining room seating 10 guests, lead onto the garden and pool. This includes gas and induction stove, two refrigerators, one with ice distributor and freezer, dishwasher, luxury nespresso machine making capuccinos, latte's etc. and a regular drip coffee machine, a 4 piece toaster, an air fryer, oven, microwave, washer and dryer in a separate laundry space, iron and ironing board, wine glasses, dishes, plates and cups.

The property is set in a landscape of rare beauty: vineyard-covered hills, golden-stone villages, historic chĂąteaux, and lively local markets, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Beautiful sunset walks along the Estuary within a 5 minute walk, along with tennis courts and petanque courts right along the water. There is a museum along with a first century Gallo-Roman Villa to visit in our village of Plassac.
Just minutes away, the Citadel of Blaye, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, bears witness to the regionâs rich history, with local artisans, ice cream shop and sweeping views of the Estuary with sailboats, a ferry taking you to the Medoc region with some of the finest wineries in France. There are several restaurants in Blaye, 2 km away to choose from with views of the port and the Estuary.
For ocean lovers, the Atlantic coast is less than an hourâs drive away, offering a refreshing escape among dunes, surf spots, lakes and pine forests.
