Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, giving you a private corner to recharge after exploring the Riviera Maya. The second bedroom features two double beds suited for families or friends. An additional full bathroom plus a half bath provide convenience for groups.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54.4 km/33.8 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Itâs best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. Weâd be happy to help! Other Things to Note:
- Please note thereâs ongoing construction happening nearby. Youâll likely hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.
- The properties we manage are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost â Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. Youâll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

This is a self-check-in property. Youâll have complete privacy during your stay, but weâre available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
