Management was not clear with instructions at checkin despite trying to contact with questions before arriving. Found 3 people in their checkin with is remarkable most hotels have one person and are far more responsive. Even once there, there was limited to no communication on policies and many policies were stated one way on Expedia and differently when arriving.
There is no signage for the hotel and the door is hidden and unmarked. Come through the door less than a foot from a pool then sit in a tiny smelly undersized “lobby” where there’s a coffee machine and waters and yet not be offered anything during checkin.
Guests are given wristbands that aren’t a complete loop and just expected to figure it out. These are recycled and cloth and not sanitary.
Management didn’t know how to charge me $2 for their towel fee and I sat for 20 minutes waiting to check in. Listing stated free water bottles but there were none in the room. When asked management was petty and asked for 50 cents each. Roof pool and other areas were dirty and was unkept. Wasted time coming here and you can’t get vacation time back.
Don’t let the obviously paid for reviews fool you this is no boutique hotel.
