Dirty and full of mold. I didn't want my family and I to get sick. We left and booked another property. The property didn't want to pay us back the money we paid. Please don't believe the reviews are false.
The apartment itself is not bad. Good location. Plenty of grocery stores and the beach is a short walk away. So is fifth avenue, the Shopping district. It is self check-in, But I didn't receive any instruction Until I got there and called them. The amenities are severly lacking. Barely any utensils and pots and pans for cooking. Not enough hangera Or towels. No beach towels. No place to do laundry and nowhere to hang laundry Either. The pool is not cleaned regularly. And there are only two chairs by the pool. Overall, the property needs better maintenance. If you are looking for a more luxury stay or a longer term stay (more Than a couple nights), I would not recommend staying here.
The suits are very nice and clean . Not suitable for long term stays . Very poor equipped kitchen . Stayed for three weeks and rooftop pool had only one lounger . Location was excellent and staff also is excellent. One towel per guest per week .
1. Communications regarding checking came after 3 pm on day of checking in. Correspondence during day of check in was not answered.
2.WIFI was weak and unresponsive at times. Attempts with whoever I was communicating with were unsuccessful.
3. Pool area was not user friendly, only three lounge chairs and all three were broken.
Pool deck has potential to be outstanding spot but the lack of chairs and umbrellas make it undesirable.
4. Sewer gas small in bathroom.
5.TV in bedroom should be in living area so you can sit and watch.
6. Location is good, walking distance to most amenities.

The unit we stayed in needed some cleaning. The windows were filthy, the baseboards in the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing and our towels were very stained. We did not have a coffee maker and the kettle was broken. The pool was full of leaves and there was green algae on the walls of the pool. The bar b q was unusable. Two of The lounge chairs on the roof top were broken. We voiced our concerns and no one reached out to us to address them. Unfortunately I will not return to this property nor will I recommend it.
The 1 bedroom apartment itself was very nice and spacious but seating was a little worn and walls a bit dirty. Kitchen cookware was in bad shape. But overall, for the price it was good. Nice deck and pool on the roof but all the loungers were broken. Water and elevator broke down when we were there. Upon arrival the water was off and the cleaners left the tap on and plug in the sink when they were preparing the apartment so it flooded with 2 inches of water when it came back on. We spent 3 hours helping the handyman clean it up because all he had was a few brooms to push the water into the shower drain. The cleaners would not clean until exit so if you are there longer than a week you donât get any cleaning, but you can ask for clean sheets and towels and garbage bags. Construction noise during the day from the apartment next door, but quiet at night. Location was excellent, close shopping and restaurants.
We did not receive any check in instructions from Toh House. When we arrived at 930pm, we called the # to ask how to get in and were told they had messaged through the Expedia app. We received no messages so asked for an email to which we were told they don't email due to safety. After a lot of trying to get the message through Expedia, we finally got them to send us an email. When we got to the suite, it was unlocked. There is no staff or security of site so we called the Property manager again and let them know. Then we discovered the lock was not working and suite could only be locked from the inside. I told the Prop Manager that we would be out all the next day and I did not feel safe leaving the suite unlocked with all my belongings inside. I was assured they would come and fix the lock at 9am. I had to carry our passports and cash with me all day because the suite door did not lock and the safe was already locked and we could not get into it. There was also NO hot water! we ran the shower for 30 mins and took freezing showers and were told both things would be fixed in the morning. I sent an email and a message on Expedia app to remind them that we would be out and they could go in an fix both issues. When we returned at 11pm, again the suite door was unlocked. No one came to fix the door (Just change the batteries in the lock) or the hot water issue. When I called to question, I was told the manager didn't want to enter the suite while we were out. Horrible service!
