Margaritaville resort is a nice getaway for a few days. The rooms are nicer and the all inclusive option is well worth it. The Italian restaurant is top notch and so is banana bend restaurant. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. A shootout to Randall, Gabriel (servers) and Jonathan, Carlos (chefs) at Capprissicio. Highly recommend it

The property was nice, the service was good, rooms were large and eating and drinking options were decent. The location was excellent. The pool was nice. The pillows need improvement and they can do a better job cleaning the rooms. Other than those couple of things, our stay was nice!

I felt like the dining options were minimal. Drinking package did not have drinks available until 10 am (no morning mimosa’s!) This is more family friendly with a lot of young children around. The staff are ALL amazing!

Our overall stay was absolutely amazing. We planned the trip for rest and relaxation and we got exactly that! Our room was super clean, housekeeping came in every day and made our bed and refreshed our towels. The food variety was really good. Each of the bar/cafe/restaurants had different menus so there was no option of getting tired of the food. The bar staff at the pool bar was excellent, Elias made a point to be super helpful and even gave us waters to take on the trip to the airport. The one night we booked a reservation to eat at Capriccio's, that was not a good experience, we should have just gotten take out. The pizza was delicious, the pasta not so great, and our service was terrible. We sat down at 7:30 for our reservation and ordered drinks immediately, our appetizer and food was delivered before we even got water. We asked for water while we waited for our drinks to have with our food. By 8:45 my husband finally got his martini, I still did not get my wine, we had to ask several times. My husband asked for the cheesecake for dessert, he got another martini.... It was not busy in there. We finally checked out at 9:30 and went to the 5 o'clock bar for him to get dessert and another drink. Other than that experience the rest of the stay was a DREAM! My cousin and I took a tour of the spa, that looked amazing and super relaxing. I would absolutely book another stay here at Margaritaville!!!

the service was amazing, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is going well. the only few things that would’ve made the stay better were having access to netflix on the tv as the receptionist said the app on our specific tv was locked, having on site laundry, and an onsite microwave. The restaurant was able to provide us with a microwave and even replaced our food since it didn’t microwave well. Super close to the beautiful beach.

Our family had a great time at this resort. Not as plush as some but still very nice. Great drinks, friendly pool bartenders, excellent lunch service from a sweet girl near the pool, great service from Randall and the nice lady bartender and dessert preparer in the Italian. Food was decent all around. We were very happy with our visit.
