Access the home through the guarded gates, remote entry door locks and access to the beach. 8 people maximum. All guests and cars must be registered with the guardhouse for entry. No parties. Please note that cabs are not allowed into the community under any circumstances. Please plan to rent a car or drive in order to stay at this rental.

Mision Viejo is a gated community just south of Primo Tapia. Mostly American expats living there full time. The neighbor is a full time resident so be mindful of quiet hours and privacy.
Lots of street parking available. Arrive by car. Taxis are not allowed inside the community and will drop you and your luggage at the front gate requiring you to drag it in. Guards rules.
All guests names and automobiles must be registered with the security guards to gain entry into the community.
Propane tanks for firepit are on a first come first serve basis. Tanks can be swapped at the local market.
The spa, fireplace and BBQ run on bottled propane and can run dry from time to time. Someone must physically meet the propane driver to have the tank filled. Power outages and water outages are common in Mexico. Master bathroom takes time to get the hot water, so we run the bathtub a few minutes to draw the hot water to the bathroom quicker then switch to the shower. The spa takes 3 steps to heat, must read the directions for proper operation.
