Beautiful Tropical Place and Ocean front on the coast of Ecuador

La posada is a lovely exotic oasis and romantic house in front of the beach and Pacific ocean in Ecuador, an unforgettable vacation hide away from it all with an relaxing/tranquil tropical environment.

The property has a lovely garden with many variations of exotic flowers, Palms, cactus's and different fruit trees. The House cabins and rooms is built in European and exotic style design, built in hand made bricks and wood with small stylish ceramics here and there, the roofs are covered with exotic dried palm leaves. Everything together makes the place very warm and welcoming.

If you are looking for a resting time, you can enjoy our hammock house overlooking the beach or use our relaxing swimming pool surrounded by tropical flowers with a fountain waterfall. also enjoy a great view over the beach and ocean. In the evening you can enjoy a nice family time barbecuing together in our covered BBQ area or fire pit overlooking the tropical garden and pool. We also have a cold pool showers and a toilet for easy access next to pool and BBQ.

Never need to be worried about you vehicle, we also have safe parking for 6 medium size cars with full security and maintains. As a service we also have WiFi fiber optic 60 Mbit.

La posada is located on the Ecuador west coast 2 km outside the town Playas where you can find very long beaches, this one is particularly long, more than 14 kilometers makes it one of the longest ones in the country. The temperature and moisture, the sun and the wind, as much as the warm ocean water all year made UNESCO to select this area to the second best weather in the world a few years ago.

Playas is not far from one of the two international airports in Ecuador, located in Guayaquil, we are just one hour of distance driving your car through a modern high way. Once in Playas, you can find many kind of services, only 1 km from La Posada, in front of the beach you have a shopping center with different stores like restaurants, cinema theaters, pharmacy, clothing, phone stores, electronics etc. In the center you have hospital, Fish and fruit market, banks, ATMs, different Restaurants, taxis, bus station and most of what you need. By the beach there are many small restaurants with Ecuadorian typical local sea food coming fresh from the ocean 7 days a week and were you also can enjoy a beer.

As most re creative and sport activities here, you can find very good surfing spots or you can rent a horse and ride on the beach enjoying a lovely romantic sunset on the enormous endless beach for an hour or longer for around $10.
You can also relax and enjoy the beach on sun chairs and parasol for $3 -$8 for a day.

Whale watching:
From June to August, the humpback whales chose the Ecuadorian coast to do a special dance of love, and to conquer the female and complete the reproduction circle. Also the humpback babies get birth here, and learn how to swim next to the mother. Its possible for the tourist to take special tours from Playas to go further out on the ocean and be part of this amazing nature's miracle.

Dolphin watching:
Near to Playas (just 14 km) is located Puerto El Morro, where the adventure with dolphins is starting... This is a little town next to a special bay where these marvelous animals learned how to share with humans. They usually escort, as a special company, the small boats sailing on this sweet/salty water. You can also rent these boats to go some place called Bird Island for bird watching, and in the way you can also ask for sport fishing.

The Guests are renting only the rooms on the property and not the main house, The 5 rooms and 1 Private Cabin are located outside the main house on the property and all have private entrance with Private bathrooms.
