Outside very dirty many water bottle and litters and there is no kitchen trash can under sink There was no sheet and blanket on sofa sleeper card sometime not working when I open door so many issues. Need solve problems thanks

Terrible place . Had to ask for anything you needed for the kitchen . No blow dryer . Condom under the bed. First room was smoked in . DO NOT STAY HERE!

Employee “Alex”was a nice surprise. She carried some of my dish set to my room, offered a coffee maker, was always pleasant, and professional, and a nice change from the lack of customer service that I usually encounter with this franchise

Beautiful room, broken, and noisy

Door handle to room 319 was broken so it only opened when lifted upward. A/C fan was very noisy and a lot of people in hotel have dogs which bark randomly through the night. The room is amazing besides all that.
