New single storey house in a quiet location in the municipality of Ploemeur, a few minutes from the sea, the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly (3.5 km) and the beautiful sandy beaches of Larmor-Plage (6 km). The large living room leads out onto a 400 m2 large, enclosed and secluded garden with sun loungers, garden furniture, plancha, parasol and 1 parking space. Thanks to the huge sliding windows you have the feeling of living outside all year round. You can fully enjoy the 7x4 m heated pool (safety regulations). Located on the border between two departments in southern Brittany, Ploemeur and its surroundings offer a wide choice with over 100 km of beaches and numerous sites to visit on the Finistère and Morbihan sides (Doelan, Pont Aven, Auray, Carnac, Quiberon, etc.).
