Welcome to the Aber Wrac'h, "the sea that enters the land": an emblematic location in Northern Finistère! This charming fisherman's house, right by the water and facing the sea, offers you a splendid view of the Aber. In a peaceful setting, you can admire the boats with the changing tides and enjoy this panorama, whatever the weather. And if you feel like it, you can take a walk on the Perroz port located just a few steps from the house.
Full of character, the house combines rusticity and comfort to accommodate up to six people. Its flowery garden and terrace will be perfect for family or friends barbecues, as well as for your moments of relaxation in the sun, while admiring the breathtaking view of the port.
Moments of change of scenery and rejuvenation await you, guaranteed!
On the ground floor, you will find a living room-dining room where you can admire the sea from the sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the utensils necessary for food lovers. You will also find a washroom with a hairdryer and an independent toilet.
Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), as well as a children's bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Upon waking up and opening the shutters, you will enjoy a 180-degree view of the Aber Wrac'h!
For more comfort, a washing machine and two parking spaces are at your disposal.
