Charmante petite maison

Charmante petite maison proche tous commerces, propre, fonctionnelle. Cour avec salon de jardin, cagibi avec planches de surf. Parking aisé en face de la maison. Propriétaire avenante et de bon conseil pour les visites de la région.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt für alle Aktivitäten sehr zentral. Der Strand ist in 5 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger und Pizzeria direkt nebenan. Das Haus verfügt über keinen W-Lan Anschluss, was wir bei der Buchung leider übersehen haben. Leider gab es auch kein deutsches Fernseh-Programm, was eigentlich in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden sollte.

Déconseille fortement

Un cagibi est considéré comme chambre et pas de fenêtre ni velux. Il a été précisé à un ancien locataire en 2018 qu'une fenêtre serait posée. Un simple ventilateur mobile pour régénérer l'air dans cette dite chambre. Nous avons dormis dans de l'air vicié. Pas de parking privé comme je le demandais et que donc payé. Hauteur plafond, 1er étage trop bas, nous nous sommes blessé plusieurs fois la tête sur des poutres en bois. La surface ce cette location faisait beaucoup moins que 50 m2. La hauteur des plafonds "chambres" sont énormément trop bas pour être inclus dans les 50 m2. Le matelas d'un Lit est très dure. Tout ce qui est positif dans cette location est normal, vu que je l'ai payé

Maison agréable uniquement pour 4 personnes

Maison située en centre ville. A 4 km des plages où l'on peut aller à la pêche aux coques et aux poissons. Coin très tranquille.

Très bon sejour

Petite maison très "cosy" avec son jardin de poupée et ses vieilles pierres. L'accueil est sympathique, nous étions dans une relation de confiance totale. Maison simple mais très fonctionnelle qui possède tous les équipements . Il y'a un parking juste en face et des commerces tout près. En plus Plouhinec est un village charmant situé au coeur des lieux d'activités touristiques. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la région et si nous avons autant apprécié notre séjour c'est en grande partie grâce à cette location si sereine et chaleureuse.

séjour vraiment très agréable!

Localisation vraiment appréciable située au coeur du ravissant village de Plouhinec. La maison est absolument charmante et très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une très bonne semaine de vacances! Bravo et merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs attentions!

Ein toller Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war genau wie beschrieben die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Es gab keinerlei Probleme bei An und Abreise. Die Lage ist mitten im Ort, zum Bäcker und Metzger sowie zu zu Lokalen und einem SuperU sind es nur wenige 100 Meter. Auch die Umgebung ist abwechselungsreich und sehenswert. Wir denken schon darüber nach ein zweitesmal dieses Haus zu buchen.

Neu (+++) : Klimagerät im Schlafraum

Zentral im sympathischen kleinen Ort, trotzdem nicht weit zum Strand (und zum Intermarché). Hervorragende Creperie zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Schlafraum neuerdings ein Klimagerät, das bei einer Hitzewelle gute Arbeit leistet. 👍 1a Wetter 😁

Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter - der Aufenthalt war schön : )!

Ich und mein Ehegatte haben zu zweit unsere Hochzeitsreise in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Lohezic in Plouhinec verbracht. Es war sehr schön dort. Die Wohnung und die Küche ist optimal ausgetattet. Es gibt alles zum Kochen, man kann seine Wäsche waschen und trocknen (im Trockner oder draußen auf der Wäscheleine). Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit maritimen Kacheln im Bad, einer Spielecke mit Büchern und Spielsachen für Kinder, einem kleinen, hübschen Garten mit einer Hortensie vor dem Haus etc.. Wir waren im September dort und konnten sehr viel in der Umgebung unternehmen, da das Tourismusbüro direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist. Zum Beispiel sind wir zur Ile de Groix gefahren, mit dem Boot und konnten dort Tickets kaufen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man dorthin geht. Carnac und das prähistorische Museum dort ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die ganzen Menhire und Dolmen sind es wert, sie sich anzuschauen und auch Orte wie Port Louis, Quimper, Quiberon, Vannes und das Oceanoplis in Brest sind eine Reise mit dem Auto wert, die nicht allzu lang ist. Die Bretonen sind sehr freundlich und es gibt Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Metzger, Bäcker und einen Intermarche direkt in Plouhinec. Man kann dort auch gut essen und kommt schnell zum Strand, der sehr idyllisch ist. Alles und allem lohnt sich der Aufenhalt dort und wir haben ihne genossen. Wir können ihne weiterempfehlen.

Superbe maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette petite maison idéalement située dans le bourg, près des commercants tout en étant au calme. La maison est joliment décorée et rien ne manque. Accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans cette belle région !

Petite maison très bien située géographiquement . Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Nous y étions en juillet sous les fortes chaleurs et le manque de climatisation dans les chambres est un réel problème surtout dans la petite chambre sans fenêtre. La maison est équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer d agréables vacances.

Nettes, kleines Haus in Plouhinec

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Plouhinec. Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Restauraunt, Bar, Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke. Im Ort bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist klein, aber schön bepflanzt und gut mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. In den Schlafzimmern unter dem Dach wird es bei gutem Wetter und viel Sonnenschein recht warm. Es gab aber einen Ventilator und ein Kühlgerät, so dass wir bei geöffnetem Fenster und Tür auch gut schlafen konnten.
