It features 5 separate bedrooms, a double bed on a mezzanine, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite on the ground floor), 2 toilets, a spacious living/dining room, foosball table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. The property sits on a 2,000 m² enclosed plot with no direct neighbors, offering a pétanque court, ping-pong table, above-ground pool (available mid-May to mid-September), playground (swing and slide), and a mini-farm with 4 hens.

Some options are available for an extra charge, such as beer tap rental, marquee rental, or daytime jacuzzi access.
The cleaning fee covers floors, bathrooms, toilets, sinks, windows, dusting, and care of beds and linens, but you must leave the gîte tidy.
