A first bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 180 cm, complemented by a shower and WC, as well as a television. A second bedroom is configured with 1 single bed and 1 double bed of 180 cm, with an adjoining shower and WC. A further open living area features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a kitchen corner, a television, and air conditioning. An additional bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm and a television. A large living room includes a dining table, a kitchen corner, a hydro massage shower, and a television. One bedroom on this level offers 1 double bed, a bath and WC, and a television, while a walk-through room provides an additional bath and WC. 2 further bedrooms each feature 1 double bed and a television, both with direct access to a terrace.
