THE SPACE

The Enchanted Castle is one level ranch house with 4 charming bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and game room filled with magic and enchantment.
There are 3 steps to enter the house through the main entrance as well as 2 steps to enter the fully fenced-in back yard through the patio door.

Our KITCHEN has granite counters, custom designed kitchen cabinets, wood floors, and professional stainless-steel appliances.
It is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and wide range of utensils making meal preparation as magical as the meals themselves.

Available large and small appliances include electric range oven with stove top, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, regular drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press coffee maker, electric kettle, regular stove top kettle, toaster, waffle maker, blender, slow cooker, handheld mixer, and personal Magic Bullet blender for smoothie's lovers and magic makers.

Our central island area offers 3 bar stools and plenty of workspace for food preparation as well as open floor views perfect for conversing, and family gatherings.

Our adjoining DINING ROOM area provides extendable dining table (6-8 guests seating).

BEDROOMS

The Hufflepuff inspired Master Bedroom - warm and welcoming, this suite features earthy tones, cozy furnishings, and a touch of magical nature. It's the perfect place to relax and restore your magic after a day of adventure.
Enchanted with a brand-new KING size bed and mattress, 42" smart TV, and IN-SUITE BATHROOM the Master Bedroom offers comfort, convenience, and a sense of peace.

The Gryffindor Bedroom – styled in red and gold tones and fitted with a brand-new luxurious queen size bed and mattress, this charming bedroom offers comfort and enchanting atmosphere.

The Ravenclaw Bedroom – styled in deep blue and bronze tones and fitted with a brand-new luxurious queen size bed and mattress, this charming bedroom offers comfort and soothing atmosphere.

The Slytherin Bedroom – styled in deep green and silver tones and fitted with a brand-new luxurious queen size bed and mattress, this charming bedroom offers comfort and tranquil atmosphere.

BATHROOMS

In-suite bathroom to master bedroom with corner whirlpool jacuzzi, handheld shower, travertine tiles, and enchanted custom vanity cabinet.
Second bathroom is located in the hallway and set up with a shower, wall to wall travertine tiles, and whimsical custom vanity cabinet.

LAUNDRY ROOM

For added convenience, there's a full laundry with a stacked washer/dryer as well as an ironing board and iron.


Need to unwind after a busy day of magical study? The house features four Smart TVs, each ready to stream your favorite shows or magical films.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

We are fully licensed by our township AND community and as such we must adhere to their strict licensing rules and requirements.

The property is monitored via outdoor camera system to ensure all rules are followed and respected:
- accurate occupancy - maximum occupancy AND extra guest fees: we utilize a base price up to first 4 guests to accommodate smaller groups such as families (generally 2 parents and 2 children) and/or lover's retreats (generally 1-2 couples) AND extra guest fee for each additional guest up to our maximum occupancy of 8 applies. The extra guest fee is $25 per person per night.

Basic Rules:
- no CATS!! No exceptions!! Due to severe allergies!!
- no fireworks
- maximum 2 dogs on premises due to community By-Laws
- no "day-guests/visitors" on the premises (our amenities and activities are for registered guests only - we are NOT a party house) AND the maximum occupancy applies for all guests on the premises at all times!

Breach of any of the above basic rules would be a ground for immediate termination of the reservation with no refund!

There is one (1) camera monitoring our parking area and entrance to the house. It is mounted on the front of the house.
No additional cameras indoor or anywhere else on the premises including our back yard as we value our guests' privacy.

Tempering with the camera and/or Wi-Fi system is not allowed and would be considered grounds for immediate termination of the reservation with no refunds issued.

Additionally, as we are located in the beautiful Pocono mountains, there might be occasional 'burn ban/fire ban' in effect to protect public safety and the environment. These are rare but completely out of our control and as such, no refunds will be issued IF a burn ban/fire ban is in effect and the fire pit cannot be used.

Finally, as we are located in the mountains and all power lines/utility lines are above the ground, occasionally although rarely there might be loss of power and/or internet due to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances. As these are completely out of our control, no refunds will be issued in case of loss of power or internet service.
