It is located above the beautiful town of Podstrana, 10 km from the center of Split and 14 km from the town of Omiš. It is 2 km from the beach, restaurants and shops. The property covers an area of 240 m2 and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The capacity of the villa is 8 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room, 2 triple bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool (36m2). The property is located on a slope with a beautiful view of the sea and the Adriatic islands.
