Our apartment is located in Podstrana, a short distance from the city of Split. This spacious brand new apartment is situated on the second floor with balcony. It has an open living concept with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms: one double bedroom, and one twin or double bedroom (depends of your preferences), bathroom and balcony with sea view. Apartment has modern furniture and is fully equipped, so you can feel comfortable like at home.

TrÚs bel appartement, moderne, propre et fonctionnel avec place de parking dédié. La situation est idéale pour visiter les nombreux sites et ßles en Dalmatie. La propriétaire est accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons cet appartement. Very nice apartment, modern, clean and functional with dedicated parking space. The location is ideal for visiting the many sites and islands in Dalmatia. The owner is welcoming and available. We had a great holiday. We recommend this apartment.

Tolle Ferien

Tolle Lage, in 5min zu Fuß am Strand. Großes Lob an die stets freundliche Gastgeberin! Wir haben unseren Urlaub im diesem Apartment sehr genossen, alles durchdacht, sauber und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Der Ausblick an das Meer und Sonnenuntergang sind atemberaubend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Very nice

This is a very nice place: - new and clean - view of the sea from the balcony - owner is very friendly and accomodating, and will put in effort to fix any problems - can be easily made rather kids-safe Minor drawbacks: - aircon mostly cools down living room (distribution not ideal) - the building itself is rather clairaudient, which can be annoying on occasion when neighbours are having vistors etc. (but usually it's quite quiet) - there is a construction site right in front, so there might be further buildings blocking some of the view in the future (but most of it should remain intact) Overall: definite recommendation!

Excellent choice, great hospitality!

We booked this accommodation at the last minute with a friend's recommendation because we wanted to extend our stay around the Split area for a couple of days. The apartment and location were perfect for us. We were travelling by car and there was a parking space at the property which was a big advantage. The apartment is beautiful, modern, everything is brand new, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were happy that we could start and end our day with refreshing swimming in the sea on the nice beach, and loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking on the sea. Thank you Hajdi for your hospitality and all your help.

The property was clean and as advertised only a few minutes north of the train station. The owners communicated regularly with email and checking in by a key dropbox was as simple as could be.

Just perfect :)

We stayed at Hajdi on the way to Dubrovnik. The apartment is just perfect: super well equipped and nicely decorated, beautiful view of the sea, close to the clean and quiet beach of Podstrana, near Split and Omis but away from its crowds. Too bad we stayed only one night, because it is the ideal place to make base and visit nearby places at your own place. A special mention deserves Hajdi, the ideal hostess: super friendly, perfect English, it shows that she enjoys helping her guests. We totally recommend Hajdi and her apartment.

Sehr komfortables Apartment mit Meerblick und StrandnÀhe

Im Apartment ist wirklich alles fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Super komfortabel eingerichtet mit einer sehr modernen KĂŒche. Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehr schön vom Balkon sehen. Sehr nahe zum Stand gelegen. Und eine super freundliche Vermieterin die sich wirklich rĂŒhrig um alles kĂŒmmert.
