Located in the small village of Pollein, Valle d'Aosta, with just over 200 inhabitants, this 45 sqm apartment on the third floor (no elevator) can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will enjoy panoramic mountain views in a quiet, peaceful area. The accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room (sheets and pillows of varying firmness included), and a bathroom with towels and toiletries provided.



The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and all necessary comforts, including essentials such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, and coffee. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, TV with satellite receiver, fan, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair. Adult bicycles are available on request. Heating is independent and there is a fireplace; firewood is provided on request for an extra fee. Private outdoor parking is available in the building’s courtyard.



Small and medium-sized pets are allowed upon prior agreement. Events are not permitted on the property.



You are just a few meters from public transport stops to and from Aosta, also at night, and 10 minutes by car from the center of Aosta, the cable car to Pila, the cycle path crossing the valley, and the golf course with outdoor pool. Restaurants, bars, tobacconist, post office, bank, pharmacy, and shopping center are about 1.5 km away. On the ground floor, there is a storage area for skis, strollers, and luggage.
