The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

â Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is âŹ0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be âŹ15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of âŹ30, and after midnight, âŹ50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs âŹ90 until 1:00 PM and âŹ160 until 4:00 PM.
The VRBO was a great place to stay. The views were unparalleled and the unit was as advertised. It was large and spacious and was very clean we arrived. Communication with Joan was great and he was very responsive. He even gave us some restaurant recommendations in Port de Pollenca and they were spot on. Due to the timing of our trip, many local shops and restaurants were still closed, but the ones that were open did not disappoint. We did have some issues with the power breakers switching off for no reason, but it was manageable during the week.
Stayed for 2 weeks with the family. The apartment was stunning, everything you could need. The location was fabulous.

The apartment is as it appears on the website - excellent with adequate facilities and an amazing location/outlook. Only minor niggles - pretty noisy at night from the bars below esp during Spanish holidays. Bring ear plugs. The roof terrace was bare with no furniture but TBH wasn't needed at all because the balconies adjacent to the rooms were more than sufficient. I have still not received my âŹ500 deposit back although we checked out on 7th May and it is now the 18th. That's a little disappointing. Otherwise great thank you Pere.

Fantastic apartment, superb views and great location.
Having visited Puerto Pollensa on many occasions over 30 years, I can honestly say that this is one of the best sea-front apartments that we have stayed in. Plenty of space, well equipped, very comfortable and a convenient location for the marina, town centre and beaches. However, it was not without a few issues.
On arrival we were informed that a toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken and would take 3 days to repair (due to weekend/bank holiday), the roof terrace was unusable (no BBQ or furniture as shown in the listingâs photographs), and an unfortunate drain-like smell in the hallway and second double room. The main issue we encountered was that the communal lift had an intermittent fault which meant it was out of order at some point every day of our two week stay. With elderly parents with mobility issues, this was far from ideal. If you need to rely on a lift (apartment is on the 4th floor), you may wish to seek confirmation that the lift is fully operational before booking.
As these were all known issues to the agent and owner prior to our arrival, they could have been communicated which would have softened the blow. That said, property manager Pere of Mallorca Holiday Properties was very responsive and helpful.
Had to admit, of all the accommodation we have had over the years, this is on par, if not better than the one we had as a family unit in Portugal.
This had everything we needed, great rooms and space. Fantastic location, accessibility was not an issue for our grandson who was in a pushchair.

Very spacious apartment directly on the port. The location is perfect for walking to bars, restaurants and shops. Also great area to explore the mountains and take advantage of nice beaches. The view from the living room/ kitchen is spectacular!
