This charming holiday apartment enjoys an unbeatable location, right on the seafront of the beautiful bay of Puerto de Pollença. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and the town centre—with its shops, restaurants, and Mediterranean atmosphere—is easily reached on foot.

Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment offers a cosy and functional setting, ideal for families or small groups. It features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with one single bed. Both bathrooms are fully fitted and include a shower. The master and twin bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay throughout.

The spacious and bright living-dining area opens directly onto a private terrace offering stunning panoramic views over the bay. Outdoor furniture allows guests to enjoy breakfast by the sea or dinner at sunset in a privileged setting.
