Can Aloy is a beautifully restored townhouse in Pollensa Mallorca, ideally located near the foot of the famous Calvari Steps and just a short stroll from the cafés, restaurants, boutiques and vibrant atmosphere of Pollensa's historic centre.



Perfectly positioned in one of the most sought-after areas of the old town, the property allows guests to enjoy an authentic Mallorcan experience without the need for a car. The main square, local shops, banks and everyday amenities are all within easy walking distance, whilst the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa Golf Course are only a short drive away.



Carefully renovated to combine traditional character with modern comforts, Can Aloy offers bright, contemporary interiors and thoughtful design throughout. Fully air conditioned with both hot and cold settings, the house also benefits from WiFi and Smart TV, making it suitable for holidays in every season.



The ground floor is centred around a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light. At the front of the house, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a separate wine fridge and an attractive breakfast bar, ideal for relaxed mornings and casual dining. The adjoining dining area provides a welcoming space for meals together, while the striking glass-fronted atrium brings light into the heart of the property and creates a peaceful corner for reading or unwinding.



To the rear of the house, the comfortable living room offers contemporary furnishings, a large television and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.



The property offers accommodation for up to 4 adults across 3 en-suite bedrooms. The principal bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a cosy double bed beneath traditional wooden beams. The second bedroom can be arranged as either a double or twin room and benefits from large French windows and a bathroom with a generous sunken bath. The third bedroom overlooks the atrium and provides a peaceful and comfortable retreat. A separate utility room includes washing and drying facilities.



One of the standout features of Can Aloy is its wonderful private rooftop swimming pool. Set on a secluded terrace overlooking the terracotta rooftops of Pollensa, the pool and sun terrace enjoy beautiful views towards the Tramuntana Mountains. Can Aloy is in a perfect location for enjoying the beautiful town of Pollensa. Very close to the main square, coffee shops, many restaurants and boutique shops. The house is stunning from top to bottom. Very well equipped. And the rooftop terrace and pool provide the finishing touch. Perfect.

Can Aloy - Perfection

We have holidayed in Pollenca for the last three years and stayed in Can Aloy for the last two. Pollenca is perfect! It’s a beautiful town with wonderful views from El Calvari and a great choice of restaurants. And Can Aloy makes the stay even better! Clean, fully equipped, wonderfully furnished and to top it all a pool on the roof! Can’t wait to go back. Not a great deal of room around the pool and the tiling at the edge is angled which creates a hazard.

Perfection in Pollensa

This property is a gem if you want the Majorcan town house experience. Excellent location. Uber stylish with fantastic accommodation. Luxury bedding and decor and every amenity available that l could imagine anyone could want during a rental. Spotlessly clean! Loved the bijou sun/roof terrace which caught the last sun after a day out. Right in the centre of the Old Town. Highly recommended from us- thank you.

Great house in an excellent location. It is bigger than the pictures portray and the fittings are of a very high quality throughout especially the linens. The Plunge pool was great and nice to look over the roof .The situation allowed us to be in the squares with in a couple minutes walk ,and the steps are a great early morning walk. The complete service was excellent and the best so far as we had calls and contact when arriving. Also the basics and welcome pack where in the house which was great as some don’t even suppply washing up liquid and loo rolls. We will return as one of my favourite’s . Nothing great house. If you have a car as we did then you just need to factor in a short walk depending on where you park and we always found street slots.

Mallorca 1 - beautiful townhouse in superb location

Tasteful, comfortable, elegant home with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Top quality furniture and the bed and bedding was divine! Absolutely spotless and all the tech worked really easily. A priviledge to be able to stay there. They have thought of absolutely everything you could need and the welcome hamper was a lovely generous surprise. The pool area is a bit congested with loungers, so perhaps storing some of those close to the side? there is a lot of building work very close to the house but that is true of Pollensa generally!

Perfect retreat

This beautiful townhouse is as seen and described on the website. It is a wonderful renovation filled with light. All the fixtures and furniture are very special. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, modern and spacious. Very convenient to shops, restaurant's and public transport. Only small problem is the outside space - it is limited but we were only 2 guests so this caused us no problems. I would definitely return
