From the kitchen a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with barbecue, which has a gas hob and a fridge.

Two interior staircases lead to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms and a double bedroom, one of the doubles has a complete bathroom next to it and the other bedrooms share another complete bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor and close to the living room there is another bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a nice and large garden with lawn and a small solarium area with sun loungers.
