Newly refurbished apartment located in Puerto Pollensa in Pinaret’s neighborhood, one of the best areas in the north of the island of Mallorca.
Playa dels Tamarells, a fine sandy beach of 40 meters wide, is only 90 meters away from the apartment.
The accommodation provides a stylish and modern decoration with a functional distribution of the space. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) and Internet connection, FREEWiFi.

The living- room has got a Smart TV with 80 television channels. You can have access to Netflix, YouTube and other applications. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances as well as various kitchen accessories that will allow you to enjoy moments of gastronomic fun.
The bedroom is modern and bright, it has got a king-size bed (180x200), it offers nice views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the residential complex swimming pool as well.
The beautiful bathroom with Italian shower and its fine rain system is another highlight of the apartment.
The large sunny balcony is equipped with a table and 4 seats, with stunning mountain views.

Common elements: lovely garden area with umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as a beautiful community pool, a special place for sunbathing and relax under the palm trees.

Disappointed this time unfortunately

Lovely clean apartment with great location Been going 3 years and each year sees a reduction in items( toilet rolls, cleaning supplies etc). Whilst that was not really an issue, this year 2024 stay after 2 days I to stay I received a text to watch out the A/C consumption because the owner said we were using a higher use and asked to switch it off if outside apartment, also advised that there was a free consumption of 6 kWh per day, if higher a charge 0,50€ / kWh will be added . This made us nervous about using the A/C at all. I have fed back to add this in description . Also there are sun beds but not many and no umbrellas . We did still have a great time in Puerto Pollensa but are trying another resort next year

Lovely apartment; check-in stressful

You can safely book this apartment, knowing that everything listed is there and works perfectly. One minor thing - bedding is two single duvet cover sheets, with a larger bedspread on top, meaning the bedding never stays put. Duvets in bed box for cooler months. A/C is great in both the living room and bedroom; iron and ironing board (again in the bed box underneath the comfy bed); the pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) is great as is the induction stove top and oven; we worked out how to use the washing machine by googling it. Wifi perfect. You cannot park on the road where you enter the apartment complex through the gate - it has broken yellow lines signalling no parking, but you can park in the road overlooked by the balcony (lovely with a great drying rack) with no problem and there is plenty of parking nearby too. Rubbish needs putting in municipal bins easily accessible nearby. Good fridge/freezer. Hoover to use charging on wall, if you need it. Pool area was nice - not crowded when we were there - there are a few broken sunbeds, which needs addressing as the season progresses. Umbrella in wardrobe. Our one and only completely inexcusable problem came when trying to access the property at 11pm. We couldn't raise Stephan - extremely stressful 1.5 hours ensued.. VRBO tried to help - thankfully we didn't need it in the end. So please double check you are given correct & up-to-date check-in info!!!

Superb Apartment , great location clean and modern

We have stayed in PP every year since 2010. Best apartment ever. Location good for all areas but quiet, modern, clean apartment, Stefan and Chloe left little extras to welcome us, so lovely. Great communication with owners. Thanks for making our holiday perfect Hoping to return next year, so that sums up how good it was
