A beautiful townhouse in quiet location in Pollença’s old town, featuring a courtyard with a barbecue. The beaches are only a ten-minute drive away.

Casa Calvario is situated at the foot of the Calvari Hill, as borne out by the quaint distribution of the rooms on different levels. This is a typical Majorcan townhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen and living/dining room. This leads onto a courtyard with its own barbecue. On the next floor up, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The downstairs living room and one bedroom have air conditioning. Half a floor higher, you come to a further living room with a roof terrace, which enjoys incredible views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the rooftops of Pollença. The house is on the steps of Calle Gruad, which is in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of a bakery and small supermarket. Immer wieder mit Contacto Mallorca!

Zum zweiten Mal in dieser stimmungsvollen Unterkunft in diesem wunderschönen Ort, haben wir uns fast wie Bewohner von Pollenca gefühlt. Integriert in das Treiben des Städtchens und fußläufig von allem, was das Herz begehrt ist dies ein perfekter Platz zum "Seele baumeln lassen". Wie bei allen bisherigen Urlauben seit Jahren mit CM wurden wir bestens umsorgt und jedes kleinere oder größere Problem rund um Anreise, Aufenthalt oder Mietauto wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst.
