Villa Margarita is a traditional and modern Villa located in one of the best areas of Puerto Pollensa, with mountain views on the back and just minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa center and beach, where nice restaurants, shops and cafes are located. The cottage style villa is all on one level with bright and Mediterranean style and provides a good holiday accommodation with private pool, a stone made BBQ, AC and Free HIGH SPEED WIFI OF100 MB.



The access to the Villa leads directly into the lounge and dining area and to the new furnished kitchen, totally equipped with all modern facilities and devices for your perfect holiday time. Enjoy good entertainment with TV flat-screen, international TV channels, books and table games.



From the living room there is an access to the little hall that leads to the 2 nice bedrooms of Villa Margarita. One bedroom with double bed offers stunning views to the mountains and the other one with 2 single beds looks at the pool and garden area, between them a modern and rustic bathroom.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.



From the living room doors open to the big terrace, equipped with a dining table and perfect for eating and enjoying Mediterranean dinner in the shade. From the pool area you have beautiful views to the Boquer mountains.

Enjoy with family and friends the refreshing pool, or relax and read in one of the sunbeds.

On this are there is also a stone made BBQ and a veranda facing the swimming pool and garden.



Villa Margarita is situated and ensure privacy with plants and shrub with lawn area and flowerbeds.



The marvelous location, just a 15 minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa along country lanes, makes this villa an ideal choice for those who do not want to use a car.



Villa Margarita is situated in the privileged area called " Siller " of Puerto Pollensa, with mountain and village views. From here you can walk to the beach (15min) to Puerto Pollença and participate in numerous activities the village is offering ,as restaurants, bars or shops

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.



In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.

There is a large supermarket just before you get to town.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little rocky beaches, called " calas ", and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.



Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is full of history and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruits, vegetables , nuts and spices.



There is a gorgeous virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Margarita and is only accessible by walking, The 1 hour excursion offers pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.



Due to its proximity to all needs for your holiday a car is not necessary for Villa Margarita as you can access everything by walking. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away from the Villa. A free parking is available in case you reserve a car to discover other picturesque places around.

Good sized villa and pool for a family of 4. Around a 10min walk to the beach where there are sun beds to rent and lots of water activities to do. The beach was very quiet considering we stayed in August. Some nice restaurants along the promenade which only got busy later into the evening.

Lovely Villa and location

Excellent villa for 4 people ,close to all amenities. Owl Booking were superb from start to finish and helped us sort a couple of things out throughout our stay. Air Conitioning in the main living area would have been a real benefit as it was extremely hot in there🥵 despite the fan.

Perfect property in a lovely location!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family, my 2 children aged 12 and 13 absolutely loved the pool and the villa was in walking distance to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. The villa itself was lovely and clean and well equipped. We had an amazing week and would love to go back to this villa. The agents looking after the property were really easy to contact and always came back to us straight away with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this villa 5*

May 2022 review of Villa Margarita

The Villa is located a short walk from shops / cafes / restaurants / the beach. It is ideally located to use as accommodation for a cycling holiday, as you can get onto the mountain routes very easily. The villa has all the facilities we needed (WiFi / BBQ / aircon bedrooms / clean pool / decent kitchen). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It would be beneficial if there were some coloured boxes (or similar) provided to transport the different types of rubbish (general / cardboard / plastic / glass) to the bins in the village.

Perfect break

After so long it was fantastic to return to Puerto Pollensa and the tranquility of this lovely villa. We intended to hire bikes but didn’t bother as every was walking distance. Owl bookings were brilliant and quickly responded to any questions. We will be back! The Villa would benefit from replacing the mattress in the double room and also the pillows.

Cycling perfection

The facilities and location were second to none. 2 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes to the beach. Spent 5 days here on a cycling retreat and te villa was the perfect choice. Nice pool to cool off in and recover after a hard day, plenty of room to store bikes and associated tools etc. Dishwasher nd washing machine machine to keep all your kit fresh every day. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Fingers crossed we will be back next year

Great Pool and Service, but Finca Needs Updates

We stayed for 2 weeks at the finca with a nice outdoor area and a great pool. However, the inside is quite old, and the bathroom really needs to be renovated. I love cooking, and while the stove and fridge were new, the rest of the kitchen wasn’t well-equipped, so it was hard to make a nice dinner. On the positive side, the agency was very helpful and took good care of us. Unfortunately, the finca didn’t meet our expectations, and the great reviews were a bit misleading

Positiv: Wir genossen die Finca mit dem sauberen Pool, welche sich etwas ausserhalb vom Ort befand sehr. Die Ansprechpersonen waren sehr freundlich und reagierten, wenn etwas nicht funktionierte, oder fehlte. Mit dabei: Ein kleines Starterset mit 2 Handseifeli, 1 WC Rolle, 4 Abwaschtabs, Abwaschmitteli, 1Mineralflasche, 1 Öl, Kekse) reichte jedoch nicht weit. Negativ: Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft. Nicht alles funktionierte einwandfrei (klemmende Türe, Fenster, Wackelkontakt am Lichtschalter, flackerlicht). Alle Gewürze, Salz, Essig, etc. Handseife, WC Papier, Haushaltspapier, Abwaschbürsteli, Waschpulver musste selbst eingekauft werden.

Artikel des täglichen Bedarfs

Bei unsere Ankunft fanden wir nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier. Außerdem fanden wir weder Spülmittel oder Tabs für die Spülmaschine noch Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Man erwartet also von einem Mieter, dass er sich für 2 Wochen das alles beschafft. Wir haben ndas leider machen müssen. Am Urlaubsende hatten wir dann etwa 5 % davon verbraucht. Den "Rest" haben wir am Urlaubsende in der in der Nachbarschaft verschenkt. So etwas hatten wir bisher, bei allen unseren Buchungen noch nie erlebt. Dieser Teil kann somit nur mit ungenügend bewertet werden. Störend war außerdem oft stundenlanges Hundegebell mehrerer Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Nervig!

Rustikale Finca in super Lage

Die Finca ist super gelegen, man ist schnell im Ort und am Strand. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön mit dem Pool. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist nicht das neueste Haus, manchmal braucht das Wasser etwas, bevor es läuft, der Sonnenschutz im Garten ist etwas wackelig, und ähnliches, aber wirklich nichts, was großartig stört. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich unschlagbar und der Service von Owl-Booking war wirklich prima!

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es fehlt hier an nichts und der Pool lädt absolut zum Baden ein. Die Umgebung ist richtig toll und wunderschön. Man ist schnell „mittendrin“, hat aber genauso schnell wieder seine Ruhe. Das Meer bietet sich auch richtig toll zum Baden und der lange Strand zum gemütlichen Schlendern an. Und selbst für Wanderfreunde ist ein schöner Wanderweg fast vor der Tür. Wir haben die 7 Tage hier in vollen Zügen genossen! Danke für dieses tolle Haus!

A super stay

The villa was exactly as we hoped for and was in a great location for visiting so many parts of Majorca. Follow the advice about plug-ins to combat mosquitoes - they worked for us. However, the problem is area wide, not specific to this villa which was lovely, as was the pool.

Geruhsame Woche in der Villa Margarita

Das Haus war gut aufteilt, die Küche und der Essplatz im Haus sehr geräumig. Alles sauber, genügend Geschirr, um die Spülmaschine zu füllen. Großer Gartenbereich mit Kamingrill, überdachter Terrasse und natürlich das Schwimmbad. Leider fiel am ersten Tag das Wasser aus und auch der Elektroanschluss hatte Ausfälle. In beiden Fällen wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen und alles geregelt. Danach funktionierte alles gut. Superservice! Eine neue Kaffeemaschine oder ein einfacher Expressokocher wäre schön.

A really lovely villa with everything you could want for a family of four. Plenty of outdoor space, a lovely pool, good size rooms and the most amazing backdrop of the mountains. A very pleasant 15min walk into the centre of town means you can enjoy the seclusion of the villa with the atmosphere of the town. A great holiday in a really nice space. Hopefully we will be back next year.

On arrival the grounds of the villa was overgrown some garden equipment was broken or dirty

Inside the villa was very clean and well equipped but again some items were broken the dishwasher and hairdryer. We were very disappointed with the instructions to find the property and called the manager on at least three occasions for help, after driving round the town for two hours I called again to beg for some help which eventually resulted in us being escorted to the villa. The sun parasol was broken and had been dumped in the garden. The garden looked as though it had been left unattended for weeks the grass was very long. It was given a prune on our third day but some of the garden is in very poor state. There is a big issue with drainage and as soon as the shower is used a stagnant pool of water appears close to the rear of the villa which then eminents a foul smell, this in turn we believe encourages mosquitoes as three of our party were severely bitten. On five previous visits to Mallorca I’ve never been bitten at all. Very disappointing and won’t be using this property again

Perfect spot

Lovely small villa in a very peaceful spot but just 10/15 minutes walk from everything you need - shops,restaurants and bars. Very clean and a decent size pool. Take a torch for walking back in the evenings. We will return.

Great Cozy Villa in perfect spot

Lovely villa just minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa restaurants and beach. There is a grocery 5 minutes from the Villa too. Quiet area so perfect for a family break.

Good Villa walking distance to the center

Very nice stay in Villa Margarita. Good quality Villa and well equipped. The pool and lawn area fantastic, with outdoor BBQ and dining table for enjoy the weather out. The best thing would be also that you can just walk til the beach or Puerto Pollensa restaurants. Thanks to Pedro for welcoming!

Lovely Villa in a great location

We really enjoyed our short stay here in Puerto Pollensa. We had a lovely weather at the end of September. The Villa is very well maintained, nice garden and pool, quiet for relaxing and sunbathing and possible to walk to Puerto Pollensa marine and center, so good for dinner out. Thank you so much for the stay!
