Villa Casa Puerto for six people with pool

Casa Puerto is a unique property perfectly located in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa, just 50m from the beach and the excellent restaurants/bars/shops of this coveted holiday destination. The property, with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning and a cosy private pool, has been completely renovated to a high level, with modern design interiors and spacious decor. Due to its unbeatable location and features, this villa is the ideal holiday home for an unforgettable stay without the need to depend on a car.



The villa is distributed over 2 floors, with the living room located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. The entrance is through a beautifully furnished lounge with satellite TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. On this floor there is also an elegant kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a magnificent master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower. The large patio doors provide direct access to the pool area with hydromassage jets, comfortable sun loungers and a perfect relaxation area to enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a lovely billiards room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors.

Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Great location, minor issues

The location is outstanding with only a two minute walk to the beach. We only had two issues. The A/C didn’t work and the house was hot. The second was that there were some bugs we had to deal with throughout the unit. Nothing major, but certainly didn’t like seeing the critters.

Apartamento con piscina privada y cerca de la playa

Pude disfrutar 4 dĂ­as de este apartamento increĂ­ble con 3 habitaciones dobles con baño cada una, salĂłn y cocina abierto, piscina/jacuzzi privado (ningĂșn vecino puede verte), bbq y billar en la parte superior y muy cerca del paseo y del puerto. Check-in/out muy sencillo ya que se dispone de un cajetĂ­n al lado de la puerta donde se puede encontrar la llave. De todas formas, se puede realizar cualquier consulta por la aplicaciĂłn y responder bastante rĂĄpido. No se dispone de aparcamiento en el propio apartamento pero se puede encontrar gratis por las calles. No nos resultĂł muy complicado a pesar de llevar una coche muy grande de 7 plazas e ir a mediados de Julio en fin de semana. El Ășnico problema que pudimos encontrar fueron algunas cucarachas y hormigas, pero entendemos que es algo normal al estar a pie d calle.

Excellent location

Villa is in a superb location and within short walking distance of the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The facilities are good, however it’s in need of a little TLC, shower heads not working proper, cracked tiles on the upper terrace and a couple of other little issues. Nothing which spoiled the stay. Would stay again here no problem

Lots of potential but needs some tidying up

The property was in a perfect location for us and the facilities were mainly good. However parts of the place are tired much of which could be sorted easily by a bit of DIY The cleanliness was not great- especially outside decking and upper area. We found 2 pieces of broken glass, dirty rags and old vapes in the pool net. The pool itself was pretty clean and most of indoors too. There are are 2 large raffia mats in the sitting room though which can’t be cleaned properly.

Great place

We loved staying in this villa. It's in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach and restaurants. We were a group of six - three mums and three kids under 5 - and the layout of the villa was just perfect for us. Each room was a good size and had an en-suite bathroom. The living areas were nicely open plan and had everything we needed. The pool was an ideal size for three kids and almost half of it was shallow enough for them to play in at their depth. We didn't use the pool room or terrace much but I imagine they would have been nice to have as a place to relax on an evening if we'd been a group of adults/older kids. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Great location , could be amazing if bait of money spent on it

Villa is in a great location , a lot bigger than we thought , very very tired now , needs a paint , sofas smell of off milk ( split or baby sick) very gross had to buy air wick candles lit them everywhere to try and hid the smell , check in at 5pm check out 10am , very strange times , basically you miss two days of your trip !! Pool ques are massive and table old , you can play a muck about game with children but not a proper games , table is all damaged ! Washing mashing outside STINKS, so not useable , two bedrooms out side by the pool you cannot use the shower or toilet if anyone is still at the pool Area , quite ridiculous as you can see them in shower or worse on the toilet !!! This villa could be fantastic and I bet it once was , no pool gates , just left up up pool table unusable, all the decking around the pool coming up , needs re-doing ! Trip hazard for smaller children, lucky mine are older now !! Such a shame as it’s the perfect location and so pretty from the outside ! The company that deal with you on arrival are very rude Indeed , one gentlemen even told me to ‘shut up’ as I was upset check in was at 5pm , when in fact two weeks before arrival they ask you when your flights are arriving and departing !! So lack of communication !

Villa was as detailed. Extremely well stocked with everything needed for your stay.

Villa was very clean and nicely decorated, it was well situated for beach, restaurants etc. Only down side was the pool it could do with being heated and the safety rails where very insecure and an accident waiting to happen if someone pulls on them.

Gute Wohnung - kein guter Zustand

Die Lage der Wohnung in Puerto Pollenca ist sehr gut im Ort, trotzdem ruhig, nah am Strand und trotzdem mitten im Leben. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Zustand: kein Wasserkocher, die QualitĂ€t der Utensilien wie Pfanne usw. war unterdurchschnittlich, die SpĂŒlmaschine verrostet (wir haben sie nur einmal laufen lassen zum Saubermachen, danach war sie uns zu eklig und wir haben per Hand abgewaschen), KĂŒhlschrank und TiefkĂŒhlfach dick vereist und deshalb auch mĂŒffelig. Das Sicherheits-Gitter um den kleinen Pool total wackelig. Die eine SchlafzimmertĂŒr nur auf Kipp zu öffnen, der Blendladen davor geschlossen, dafĂŒr waren die SchiebetĂŒren zu den Badezimmer super schwergĂ€ngig.Nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht, z. B. im Sideboard lag eine tote Kakerlake. Ich beschwerte mich bei der betreuenden Organisation per Telefon und ging hin - nichts passierte. Dann schrieb ich eine Mail mit den MĂ€ngeln und hĂ€ngte Fotos an. Ein paar Minuten spĂ€ter: RĂŒckruf und kurz danach Besuch einer Dame der Organisation und eines Handwerkers. Die Dame entschuldigte sich, versprach Abhilfe, schickte eine Reinigungskraft und der Handwerker fixte die Poolumrandung und öffnete die TĂŒr in meinem Schlafzimmer (die danach nicht mehr auf Kipp gestellt werden konnte). Die Dame der Organisation erstattete die Kosten des von mir gekauften Heißwasserkessels, sagte zu, dass KĂŒhlschrank und SpĂŒlmaschine ausgetauscht werden sollten und bot als Kompensation fĂŒr den Ärger ein Abendessen fĂŒr uns zwei Erwachsenen an. Wir nahmen an. Das Essen war gut, aber weder der Handwerker reparierte die TĂŒr endgĂŒltig, noch neue SpĂŒlmaschine und KĂŒhlschrank wurden eingebaut. Von der Organisation kam keine weitere Nachricht. Wir finden das alles sehr schade, weil - eigentlich, wie oben erwĂ€hnt - die Wohnung Potential hat: mitten im Ort, nicht einsehbarer Innenhof, ruhig und gerĂ€umig. Nur fĂŒr den Preis und bei der "Hochglanzwerbung" der Organisation erwarte ich, dass die Wohnung in einem wirklich guten Zustand ist. Und wenn die grundlegenden Dinge nicht stimmen, fallen natĂŒrlich auch kleinere Übel auf: das Sofa ist ausgesessen und mĂŒffelt, bei einem Sessel war die Naht aufgeplatzt, wenig AbstellflĂ€che in den BĂ€dern und nur in einem Schlafzimmer waren Leseleuchten vorhanden. Mich haben auch die Zudecken mit Flecken gestört, die nur mit einem Laken zur Person hin geschĂŒtzt waren. Das mag landesĂŒblich sein, habe ich sonst noch nicht in Spanien erlebt. SCHADE!!!

Nur schade, dass ĂŒberall Kindersicherungen angebracht wurden (Zaun um Pool, Absperrung Treppe): dies wirkt im Innenhof nicht wirklich einladend. Zudem entspricht es nicht der Abbildung auf den Fotos.

Fabulous

Excellent pre stay information and correspondence with agent; any questions answered promptly. Superb location, right in the centre enabling easy access to beach, shops and evening strolls to find the evenings restaurant. No packing for the day, just pop out to the beach etc... No parking but free parking could always be found within a 5 minute walk or less. Very quiet and very clean; serviced mid stay. Great little pool for cooling off in and our teenagers very much enjoyed the use of the pool table. Overall, would highly recommend.
