With a capacity for 6 people, the villa has 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, making it the ideal refuge for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, surrounded by natural beauty and comfort.

The exterior of Villa Colonya has been designed to enjoy the outdoors in total privacy. It features a beautiful and extensive garden that invites relaxation, with a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the warm summer days. Additionally, the covered terrace with a dining table offers the ideal place to enjoy delicious outdoor meals while admiring the surrounding nature. The outdoor area also includes a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.



For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the villa offers a fully equipped barbecue, with a sink, stove, kitchen shelves and more, making it the perfect space to organise family or friends' dinners in the garden.



Kitchen:

The kitchen at Villa Colonya is spacious and fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities to prepare the best meals. From the kitchen, you can enjoy views of the outdoor dining area and the pool, making the cooking experience even more pleasant.



Air conditioning and other services:

Air conditioning is available free of charge in the bedrooms from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure your comfort throughout the day and night. Additionally, the tourist tax is included in the price, making your stay even more convenient and without surprises.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
