Elegant, spacious and attractive, Font Xica Gran is a property designed to impress with its unique soul, its large swimming pool and its perfect location near the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people indoors with air conditioning and the highest level of finishes.



Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors. Next to the entrance hall, there is a spacious living room with high ceilings with exposed beams, skylights and exposed stone walls. The French doors, with views of the pool and barbecue area, lead to a beautiful terrace with a sitting area perfect for relaxing and reading a book. To the right of the entrance hall, there is a lovely dining room with a kitchen (including a breakfast bar). On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. A wide staircase leads to the first floor, which has a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds with a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a separate shower.



In the exterior, there is a built-in barbecue covered with a long table and chairs that can easily accommodate 8 people to enjoy a delicious meal together. There is also a fridge and a sink available. Next to the barbecue area, there is a toilet and a laundry room.



The pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and has a jacuzzi. It has a teak terrace on one side, lawn on both sides and a stone patio that runs along the other end. The covered terrace near the barbecue area is furnished with sofas and chairs and there is also a stone sitting area with comfortable cushions and a billiard table.



Tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
