Villa Katerina for six people with pool

Villa Katerina is a comfortable villa with a large garden and private pool, located in a very quiet and relaxing place: it is situated in the countryside on the outskirts of Pollensa with views of the distant mountains of the Formentor peninsula. Inside, a mix of traditional elements and modern amenities make this villa a perfect family holiday home with a true Mallorcan soul. The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms with air conditioning and can accommodate up to 6 people.



On the ground floor, there is a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two of the rooms are also on the ground floor (both with two single beds). These rooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A staircase leads from the living room to a beautiful open-plan double room with antique Mallorcan furniture. This room also has a private bathroom and a terrace with fantastic views of the farmlands and mountains. The layout, with most rooms on the ground floor, makes it an ideal house for families with young children or people with walking difficulties.



Villa Katerina has relaxing and well-designed gardens, full of palm trees, cacti, trees and Mediterranean shrubs, ideal for relaxing and providing shade when necessary. There is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and extensive lawn areas. A covered terrace runs along the back of the house with views of the garden and pool. This is a charming place to sit and enjoy meals while contemplating the distant mountains.



Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests
