Villa Rafaleta is a charming 2 bedroom traditional style villa set amongst the beautiful Pollensa countryside. The pool area has views of the mountains and surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. Less than 5 minutes' drive away you'll find the old town of Pollensa with a selection of traditional restaurants and shops, plus a beautiful historic church and superb scenery! This authentic house has many original features, so you'll be living in true Spanish style. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms as well as WiFi are included.

Villa Rafaleta is in a secluded countryside position, with spectacular views of the mountain tops. There is a former charging buidling adjacent to the villa. Less than 5 minutes' drive takes you to the Pollensa Old Town, with a maze of cobbled streets with quaint shops and traditional restaurants offering a great atmosphere day and night. Beach lovers won't have far to travel either - the neighbouring coastline of Puerto Pollensa beach and Cala St Vicente are the perfect beaches to relax with its golden sand and calm waters. The chic Port of Pollensa marina, 15 minutes' drive away, has ample choice of local restaurants and tapas bars. Puerto Pollensa moors impressive yachts in the summer and its beautiful pine walk is a favourite stroll before or after dinner around the crescent shaped bay. There is a former charging buidling adjacent to the villa.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
