Our confortable holiday villa is situated outside of the old and cultural town Pollensa.
This villa is a lovely spot for a family holiday, set in exquisitely maintained gardens and just a short drive from all the historic sites, or by foot. Cafes and shops of Pollensa. It is a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside which is very gentle and flat and ideal for cycling. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the sea in the friendly resort of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente

The property is very nice situated and offers the privacy and the peace that you need. Is only 1,5 Km far from Pollensa where you can find restaurants, bars, museum, art exhibitions, supermarkets, etc.., also you have the Golf club 3 km far from our villa, Cala San Vicente beach is only 4 km far from our villa. Also you have 2 big supermarkets very close, only 10 minutes by walk from our property.

The villa is designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist Sculptor owner, Miquel CerdĂ , the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery.

Upon entering in our 180m2 villa there is a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worktops including vitro hob, electric oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, freezer, fridge, and breakfast area.

Few steps more you have a large dining area set on a raised area overlooking the lounge-living area with Hi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD player, including WIFI that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

From the living-area you have access to a covered pool terrace and dining area where you can enjoy relaxing meal. Also you will find the swimming-pool, the fabulous garden area and a nice BBQ area where you can cook, surrounded by lawns and trees.

The villa has 3 bedrooms in total with air-conditioned, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom with direct access to the terrace, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom. Also you have a bathroom and a shower in the swimming-pool area.
The villa is completelly heated for the winter period.

Close to the Pollensa Golf and Sport Center: Golf Information:The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members and only 5 minutes by car. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.

Sport Center information: The Sport Center is open to non members and only 1 minute walking. You can practice tennis, football, climbing, running, etc....

Des vacances extras !

La villa est trÚs bien située , proche des supermarchés et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. La piscine est vraiment superbe et la maison trÚs agréable avec tout le confort.Idéale en été . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et l espace barbecue ! Nous sommes enchantés de notre semaine dans cette villa et à Pollença . Miquel et sa famille étaient toujours là pour trouver une solution si quelque chose ne mùchait pas . Nous espérons y retourner un jour !

Perfect for families – especially ones with escape-artist toddlers and sun-averse babies!This villa was an absolute gem for our little family holiday. We’ve got a 2-and-a-half-year-old with a flair for danger and an 8-month-old who thinks the sun is out to get her – and this place had us covered. Literally.Everything’s on one floor, so no dramatic tumbles down tile-covered stairs (which, let’s be honest, look lovely but scream “A&E visit” with a toddler). The covered terrace was ideal – loads of shade for the baby, and we could sit with a coffee (or wine) and keep an eye on our small human as she plotted her next escape from the poolside.The kitchen’s got pretty much everything you’d need unless you’re auditioning for MasterChef Mallorca. Beds were comfy, and the air con worked like a dream – which, if you’ve ever tried to get a baby to nap in 30-degree heat, you’ll know is absolutely critical.Would 100% come back. The villa helped us feel relaxed – or at least as relaxed as you can be when someone’s always holding a banana they found on the floor.

A perfect week's getaway

Fantastic property well located within walking distance of Pollensa and local supermarkets, and an ideal cycling base. Whilst not having an interest in art ourselves, the work around the walls and spaces was stunning and added a lot of interest to an already wonderful home. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the excellent outdoor area with BBQ and pool. Maria was nearby for any queries and we genuinely hope to return next year.

We came with our two grown up sons and had the most amazing time in this really beautiful, brilliantly located home. It was immaculate and the host could not have been more helpful. Villa was clean and well equipped. Pool and outside area was really lovely and the teenagers loved having table tennis to play too. Pool still good for October swimming though unheated.

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus. Allerdings stark abgelebt, daher, Villa wĂŒrden wir es nicht mehr nennen. Die KĂŒche ist enorm gross, toll angelegt, aber auch da das Zubehör stark veraltet, kaum ein Messer gefunden, das vernĂŒnftig schneidet. Allerdings einfach super Top die freundlichen und herzlichen Besitzer. Der Foodkorb, ganz wunderbar.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Norai and loved our 10 days there. The Villa is perfect for family and friends and has a brilliant outside space and fabulous pool - a big favourite for us. A great location , easy to find , near shops within walking distance and the Port itself. The villa was spotlessly clean and gardens and nothing broken . We came to celebrate a family wedding nearby and it was all fabulous. Plenty of car parking available and Villa cleaned twice during our stay . A wonderful month

We stayed at Villa Norai for four wonderful weeks. The Villa is lovely, the gardens beautiful and the pool amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful - and helped make this a fantastic experience. The villa is positioned so conveniently for walking into Pollensa old town and on the road directly to Port de Pollensa. We were able to do some remote working as well as holidaying - no problems with the quality of the WiFi. The kitchen and facilities were great. The whole family enjoyed our time. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back (in fact we didn’t want to leave). Highly recommend staying here.

Wow, we simply loved every minute of our stay. The villa is stunning and every where you turn there is more incredible artwork/ sculptures. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped for six adults. We loved having all our meals out on the terrace over looking the pool. It was such a comfortable stay and none of us wanted to come home. Great location so easy to walk into Pollensa and easy to get the buses to the beaches and Palma. Would love to come and back again. Thank you for the most memorable 50th birthday celebration.

Villa Norai

We loved everything about it! The property is beautiful. We found it worth studying the abundant artwork, including the many outdoor sculptures. Objects and paintings are thoughtfully placed, beautiful, and intriguing. The garden is lovely. The house, pool, and outdoor living space were clean and well-maintained. The outdoor living space was a great place to eat our meals when we cooked at the villa. It got cold-ish at nights while we were there, and we were glad for the heating. The house is very well situated, you can easily walk to the center of Pollença and drive to any place else. We walked to Port Pollença and the beach (about 5 km each way). The hosts were friendly and gave us helpful info on activities in town, places to buy groceries (very close to the villa), and places to bike and hike. Overall, we loved our stay.

Fabulous villa is

Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung, gepflegt, wunderschön, gute Lage, allerdings sind die Betten nicht fĂŒr Personen ĂŒber 190 cm und 110 kg geeignet. Zwei LebensmittelmĂ€rkte sind in 10 Minuten fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar, die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten. Bus fast vor der HaustĂŒr.

We had the most amazing time at the lovely Villa Norai, Miquel was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend the villa if you are looking for the perfect holiday.

Lovely villa

This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely villa within walking distance of Pollensa Town

The villa is perfect for a family holiday. Lovely pool, outdoor eating area, spacious, AC in bedrooms (although a little noisy) and an easy walk to the centre of town. Maria made check in easy and was on hand and quickly resolved a couple of issues. The only suggestions for improvement would be to supply some toys (as listed in the itinerary) and basic kitchen/household items (eg. washing up liquid, kitchen towels, loo roll etc) as it was a little inconvenient having to purchase these relatively low cost items. In summary, we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this accommodation to prospective clients.

Tolle Finca in perfekter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Finca rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse und der Pool sind mega. Ein kleines Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Kommunikation mit Miquel war super. Die Modernisierung des kleinen Badezimmers und der Aussentoilette wĂŒrden das Objekt noch aufwerten.

Happy family holiday

We were 7 people alltogether staying in this beautiful villa. I have one son living in Sweden, with wife and my 2,5 year old grandson. We only meet once or twice/year. My other son lives in London with his wife and my other 3,5 year old grandson. Although I see my London family often, the 2 families don't meet very often. This was a great opportunity for my two grandsons to really bond and get to know each other well. The villa was perfect on all levels. Although the swimmingpool was a bit cold to get into, as the days hot warmer we all made good use of it. The outside kitchen was great for bbq's and got used too. The house itself is amazing...!! To have a seperate laundry room is great, especially with little children. In the garden there's a table tennis table, which got used a lot. We also brought a badminton set...so plenty of activities every day. We had a large hired car with 2 child seats, and did a fair amount of driving around. The mountains are simply stunning! Maria met us on our arrival. She was also close by when we needed to ask about anything. We met Miguel the last day. They are a lovely friendly family and will make sure you're happy.
