Chalet Bernat is a charming villa with mountain views, located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets and shops in Puerto Pollença. It features a large terrace with a private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.



From the pool area there is direct access to the living room and the fully equipped kitchen, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. The interior is bright, modern and decorated in a fresh and welcoming style.



The property offers two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom for the rest of the house. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day to guarantee your comfort.



Outside, the terrace features a stone barbecue, a large dining table for outdoor meals and an outdoor shower next to the pool. The villa also offers table tennis, a Smart TV with international channels and free WiFi for your entertainment.



It is located just a 10-minute walk from the centre and the beach of Puerto Pollença, making it ideal for guests who wish to get around without a car. A large supermarket is only a 7-minute walk away.



Puerto Pollença offers an excellent gastronomic selection, calm-water beaches and water sports such as paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing and sailing. Nearby, you can also visit charming places such as Cala Sant Vicenç, the old town of Pollença and the unspoilt Cala Boquer, accessible on foot via a scenic walk.



A car is not necessary thanks to its excellent location, although the property offers private parking for those who wish to rent one and explore other areas nearby.

Fantastic place for a family holiday with a family-friendly pool onsite. Near enough to Port de Pollenca to walk in for dinner and to visit the beach, restaurants and bars.

Perfect place for a family holiday

Villa Bernat is perfect for a family of 6. Its got everything you need and a short 10-15 min walk to the beach. The service provided by owl booking is the best thing about this place, they are extremely quick with their response and fixed any issue within an hour of us reaching out. Additionally, with all the villa thefts we heard about prior to our trip to Mallorca, we felt extremely safe in the villa due to its location and security. Highly recommend.

Family summer holiday

Had a lovely family summer holiday at Villa Bernat. Check in & communication was faultless from initial booking to when we checked out. Any queries or questions were answered in no time at all via their WhatsApp. Villa was just what we were looking for & it was great having our own pool. Pleasant 10 min walk to bars & restaurants & the Eroski for supplies. Our girls aged 2.5 & 5 had a great time too.

Simply great !

We really enjoyed our stay, small issues has been sorted out quickly and professional. Spacy, cozy and well equiped. Never seen before such a spotlessly cleaned holiday home. We will love to come back quickly. Thanks to the team and for the delicous wine ! Just a suggestions: maybe some tools for cycling guests

Great organisation and good communication- smooth arrival and settling in. Well appointed in general with everything you might need. Lovely pool and gardens and fast and easy access to town and supermarket. We had a lovely holiday! Thank you. As there is no frosted glass in the bathrooms some form of blind or curtain would help, just felt slightly exposed. Also, the twin room would benefit from a proper door as everything can be heard through the present one. Ceiling in en suite bedroom needs renewing in patches as it does not look attractive.

We expected better

Sadly we were very disappointed with the villa, the bathrooms were not great, nowhere in the shower to put shower gel, shampoo etc, the showers were very poor and dribbled out the water. The towels were tiny. Air conditioning did not work in the second double bedroom and the bed was so uncomfortable. The pool had layer upon layer of aphids when we arrived, it clearly had not been cleaned. Broken chairs around the table outside. We were so disappointed we ended up checking out early and staying in a hotel.

Super Urlaub mit toller Lage!

Die Finca ist top gelegen. Zu Fuß sind der Strand, der Hafen und die Stadt super zu erreichen. Trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe und wunderschöne Berge im Hintergrund. Die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos und sehr schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Da man in der Coronazeit versucht Lokalitäten zu meiden, ist die Ferienunterkunft das A und O. Hier hat man alles was man braucht, Privatsphäre, grossen Pool, Grill, vollausgestattete Küche, Netflix, Amazon Prime.Bäder und Zimmer ebenfalls Klasse. Lidl und Eroski in 5 min Fahrt erreichbar, abenso wie diverse Lokalitäten, Bars und Restaurants. Der Strand auch. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, sollte man auch wirklich haben, und haben die Ganze Gegend erkundet. Wundervolle Natur, tolle kleine nicht überfüllte Buchten, türkisgrünes Wasser. Die Lage mit den Bergen und dem Meer ist einmalig. Für Wanderer gibt es sehr viele tolle Wanderwege und Orte, die man nur zur Fuss erreichen kann. Alles in einem, sehr empfehlenswert!

We loved our stay at Villa Bernat

Great villa, very nice inside, good kitchen, really nice bathroom and en suite. The pool was enjoyed by all, and we had a fantastic time!!! Great service from the owner and the Owl Booking team. We would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for somewhere with a private pool within walking distance of the town and beach at Port de Pollenca. No comments on improvements needed.

Wonderful Villa

I never leave reviews but this villa was so great I feel I must! Wonderful location that is both conveniently located near to the beach / fab supermarket / restaurants and bars but also feels secluded and quiet surrounded by fields and the mountains - I did not need to worry about my 2 and 3 years olds noise levels! Outside the grounds are well looked after, pool really good size and you feel really safe as it is all enclosed. Inside the villa itself has been recently d, 2 beautiful bathrooms and great kitchen with everything you could possibly need arranged in a really logical way. We felt at home almost immediately, couple of steps up on both sides of the villa but still felt really safe and compact for my family. The villa was presented with impeccable standards of cleanliness - we were so impressed. Additionally the lady who met us and changed our towels couldn’t have been friendlier and happy to help. We had one small issue with a pool light which was resolved almost immediately. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I cannot recommend this villa enough :) The only issue we had was the lack of bath - this had been removed as the bathroom d from when we booked. A much lovelier bathroom but we struggled to shower 2 very small and fast moving children!

Die Organisation war vortrefflich, checkin toll - das Haus ist komplett renoviert und war absolut gepflegt und sauber! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in der Nebensaison war gut. Im April mussten wir auf ausreichende Lüftung achten, um Feuchtigkeitsbildung zu vermeiden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Etwas mehr deutsche Fernsehsender wären gut aber das sind minimale Details

Excellent location and with lovely outdoor space and pool

The property was in a great location, easy to walk into town and to the large Eroski supermarket. The garden and pool were very secluded and well kept, fresh figs on the trees were delicious! An outdoor shower room was very useful after swimming. The villa indoors is clean and functional, rather than luxurious. The sofa is uncomfortable as was the main bed but everything else was fine. The air conditioning was much appreciated and we only had problems in 2 nights with the power cutting out. The agent and owner/housekeeper who changed our towels mid-week were very attentive and helpful. Overall we would consider staying at this villa again.

Small very basic villa. Disappointingly the second bathroom/shower room was not in the villa but near the pool area which was most inconvenient. There was no cupboard or a shelf even to store toiletries. Will not return.

Perfect villa for a family break

Me, my wife and our 2 boys (aged 3 and 5) stayed here for 8 nights. It is in a private area with no other properties for 100 metres or so. It's a quick 10 minute walk to a large supermarket and 15 mins to the beach at a strolling pace. We didn't need a hire car as the shuttle from the airport dropped us at the duva and the bus stop at the end of that road took us to all the town's and beaches we wanted to visit. We also met the owners who were very nice and very helpful.

Beautiful & quiet but close to the resort... PERFECTO

Lovely villa in a beautiful garden with stunning views of the mountains. Had everything we needed and was very clean. The table tennis was a well used bonus as the pool was a bit to cold in April. 10 mins walk into pollensa port with beach shops & restaurants. Loads to see and do the area! We loved it and had a much needed quiet and relaxing holiday.
