Modern single story duplex. Each unit includes two bedrooms and two baths with walk in closets.

Open concept with spacious full kitchen. Smart TV and cozy electric fireplace in a warm living room with a deep couch which can be used as a twin.
Keurig coffee maker and teas to start off your morning and popcorn for movie night on your Smart TV.
Each Queen bed has soft linens to accommodate two people comfortably. A workstation and excellent WiFi for those that can work remote and a versatile ottoman that converts to a bed for a small adult or child.
Full-size washer and dryer for use and garage for parking. Street parking also available for extra vehicles.
Exercise mat, puzzles and games available for rainy days.

The whole unit is for your use except for the mechanical room.
**If you rent The Pack’s Place in addition to The Grizzly Getaway then you have the whole duplex minus the mechanical rooms.

Please be cautious of the front door hitting the TV.
