Private driveway with 2 dedicated spaces, plus 1 additional space in front of the house (over the sidewalk) if needed.

• The Pool does not have a heater. Ponce is a warm tropical city, and heated pools are not standard locally. In winter months (Dec to Feb) water may feel cool to some guests


Peace & Quiet
Please respect municipal quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) and our dear neighbors. To help us maintain a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, the home has a Minut privacy-first noise monitor.

Two Ring Exterior security cameras are installed outside the property for safety and security purposes only. Cameras are located at Front entry door and balcony overlooking parking area. These cameras may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the property and no cameras monitoring interior living spaces.

Eco-Friendly Features – Our home is equipped with solar panels and a Tesla battery backup to provide essential power during rare outages. The battery can comfortably run up to three bedroom air conditioners and select TVs for sleeping, but not the entire home’s systems. A 250-gallon pressurized water reserve ensures normal water flow during outages and supports showers and essential use.

Traffic Safety Reminder – Although our home is in a residential area, it is located on a busy street where cars may exceed the speed limit. Please use extra caution when driving in and out of the property or parking spots.

Tropical Environment Reminder – This is the Caribbean! While our home is professionally treated for insects, you may still see the occasional mosquito, lizard, or small bug. Bug spray is recommended.
