Domaine Ostau Montplaisant

The Domaine d'Ostau Montplaisant, in the heart of nature, faces the Pyrenees mountain range; it is the perfect place to welcome workers or holidaymakers looking for relaxation and calm. Adjoining the owner's home, it has a completely independent entrance. A private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha allows you to enjoy the outdoor space in fine weather. The garden and the swimming pool with shelter (8x4m) are shared but guests can enjoy swimming alone every afternoon until 6 p.m. Many activities are possible all around: hiking (the GR86 passes 200m away and the Via Garona 3km away), cycling (the Garonne cycle path is 3km away), golf and lake of Montréjeau 6km away (swimming under the Blue Flag), canoeing-kayaking 11km away, historic site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 14km away... The nearest ski resorts are about 40km away (Le Mourtis and Luchon-Superbagnères). All shops and services are in Montréjeau and the nearest train station is in Gourdan-Polignan (also 6km away). We go down a few steps to access the living room from the front door. Kitchen open to the living room with dining area (table and high chairs), wood stove, living room with convertible sofa in 120x190cm. A corridor leads to a bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), a bathroom (jet shower, double sink) and dry toilets. A staircase starts from the entrance to lead to a small mezzanine, not included in the living area because it has a very low ceiling (1 double bed 140x190cm). Heating is produced by the programmable pellet stove. Wifi or wired Internet connection. Small "eco" cottage at the foot of the Pyrenees with breathtaking views of the mountains, from the garden and the swimming pool! Dry toilets.
