Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, bright living area of approximately 65 m², open to the terrace and garden. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and Magimix capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 10 people, or enjoy the one on the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofas, in front of the television. The four other bedrooms are located upstairs; each is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and offers a view of the river.



On the first floor, there is also a second bathroom, with a shower and bathtub, a table football and a workspace, ideal for working from home.
