Apartment in Pontecchio near River Po

The family apartment is located within a large farmhouse in Pontecchio Polesine and just 2 km from the river Po with a one-hectare park full of fruit trees, swimming pool, tennis court, ample free parking.

In an hour's drive you can reach Venice and numerous art cities such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Mantua and Ferrara. In less than an hour by car you will be on the beaches of the Po Delta and the Adriatic. Instead the beautiful Florence, Ferrara, Padua, Venice and Bologna are easily reachable by train from the Rovigo station.

On the property there are other holiday apartments and the owner's home. There is a fenced park of about 10,000 square meters with numerous fruit trees for our guests. The Shared swimming pool with other guest and sun loungers and the tennis court are free. With a 3 km walk along the cycle path you can reach the river Po. Cars must be parked in the large fenced parking area at the back of the apartment.

You will be equipped with a remote control to activate the air conditioning system. Given the high electricity consumption, please turn it on only in case of very high temperatures and turn it off before leaving the house.

Sometimes parties and weddings are organized, especially on weekends.
