The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with many amenities such as shops, restaurants, bakeries, butcher etc. at only 2-3 minutes by foot. The pebble beach and the centre of Poreč is 800 m away. There is a shared garden with barbecue and 1 parking space per apartment.
Apartment Sunset Poreč 3 on the ground floor, with capacity for 4 guests and 56 sqm consists of a kitchen with dining area, living room, two double bedrooms, shower/toilette and terrace with sitting set. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
