The two-story air-conditioned villa provides a cozy feeling of home on holiday. It includes 3 charming bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The upper floor also has a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. There is an open-plan area on the ground floor, which consists of a lovely kitchen with modern appliances, a dining room set, and a spacious living room with a large TV set and a wide sliding door leading into the outdoor area.
The garden features a well-maintained lawn and a swimming pool with a sunbathing area surrounding it. Having relaxed on the loungers soaking in the sun, you can enjoy a refreshment and a snack out in the open.
The pet-friendly Villa Aria is situated in a quiet village near Nova Vas, less than 10 km from the coast in western Istria. The historical town of Poreč and its Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is just 6 km away, as is the Aquacolours water park. Baredine Cave is also nearby and well worth visiting.
